I got a message saying "Your order was canceled because of unforeseen circumstances and your payment has not yet been refunded." After making a purchase on their site. I have yet to receive my refund or a response from them and it's been weeks! Thank god it was not a large order, but they will not be seeing me again. Do not order from them!

I recently placed an order for night blooming jasmine, bakuchi, patchouli and lemon CO2 oils. Loved the quality, especially of the bakuchi oil. Patchouli was deep and sweet at the same time. All oils came in metal containers so that was a bonus for me. Great products and service! Will order more soon.

I ordered Freesia essential oil which came very sticky and dirty the sticker was not original they replaced the sticker with Freesia on it. This smells nothing like a Freesia and its a fake not pure oil. This company operates out of India and took a whole lot of time for them to send it out. Very sketchy and oil is not an oil or not pure its sone sort of sticky fragrance. Be aware as this what i thought oil cost a lot!

We ordered Juniper Oil from Aromachology Oils on August 29th. It is now October 7th, and we still have not received it. I asked the owner for a refund, so I can purchase elsewhere, and she refused. So I have disputed the charge with Paypal. Owner is trying to blame USPS, but her own tracking information she sent me shows it took over a month to even arrive in the US.

The founder often works directly with clients, and she is an incredible breath of fresh air in a stale and outdated industry often built on lies and deception. Aromachology is the antithesis of this treatment, providing honest, clear communication and product that matches the COA's exactly with no funny business. I have encountered many scammers in India, and Aromachology is definitely not one of them.
