Horrible

Horrible, they only have two shipping over night or 3 day shipping. I placed an order 3/1/26 and have been calling , emailing and texting and no response. This company illegally charges for fast shipping and create the label and does not send the product. This is the second time this has happened. I told him the first time on Nov 2025 to refund my shipping and he asked if he could please send a sample oil and apologized that it would
Never happen again. This is now being sent to the BBB

Never Received order

Never Received order. Tracking provided over a month ago shows that just a label was created and they never provided a package to the shipper! No response after dozens of emails over the course of a month. No refund, no products ordered, no response from company. Do not recommend!
