I placed an order in December and still haven't received the product nor have they responded to my emails. The phone number doesn't work. I wouldn't order from them if I were you.

I placed an order Nov 15 still haven't received my order customer service is poor phone doesn't work and when emailing it states you email the wrong site.At this point im consider this site a scam!!

SCAM COMPANY, order never received. Disabled the chat on their site which was the only means of communication. They said they shipped the order a month ago (a month after placing the order) and a tracking number was created, but they never gave it to the Post Office.

They're only getting 2 stars because they canceled my order upon request but I have yet to be refunded. I ordered from them 3 weeks ago, I had to contact them twice about getting a tracking number. They gave me the run around, promising to get right on my order, then another week would go by, and they same generic apology and promise of a shipment that never happens. When I requested my order be cancelled, they did so, with no explanation or apology for their poor business practices. Unfortunate that this is a FL based business, I was happy to be buying from a local small business, but they're clearly having trouble managing things. I was hoping to have found my go to for perfume oils, definitely disappointed.

I Placed an order a week and a half ago. The next day I was sent "shipping" information. Which just means someone made a label. I've called, try to chat, emailed, even installed Whatsapp to try to reach a customer service rep!! Numerous times during business hours!! No one Answers or replies!! At this point I do believe I've been scammed! I have disputed with my bank to get my money back!!
