The introductory videos on data gathering were the most helpful . The videos on specific topics such as dermatology or even the later ones in Cvs are all very surface level e.g let's say a drugs guidelines are being mentioned ... often it is just a one liner or if the tutor says this drug is first line unless contraindicated.. the contraindications are not even named ... so you have to go to another source to double check or if you are lucky you might remember the contraindications .... Similarly the tutor might mention that you have to choose between these treatments clinically ... would not mention the factors favoring one decision or the other

Efficient presentation. Very dedicated teacher. I passed my AKT on my first try and I am sure that the final recap with hos video helped a lot.

Arora Medical Education is an excellent academy. Dr Arora is very helpful and supportive. The plab 1 package is very help for my revision. Now, I am trying the plab 2 course in the Dr Arora Medical Education.

I had an amazing experience with Arora Academy, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better PLAB preparation journey.

From day one, Dr. Aman and Dr. Pooja made us feel completely at home. Many of us had travelled across countries to attend this course, and yet Arora never felt like a classroom — it truly felt like a family. Every single student was given equal attention, genuine care, and constant support throughout the course.

What really sets Arora apart is that the teaching is not exam-oriented rote learning. There were no long scripts to memorise or robotic answers. Everything was rooted in real medical practice and focused on how doctors actually work in the NHS. Fantastic revision resource. I first used Arora back in 2018 when revising for my AKT I passed first time after two months of revision thanks mostly to the amazing videos and flashcards. I am sitting the AKT in 2026 because my exam will have expired due to poor health extending my training. I am even more impressed this time with the question bank, flashcards and extensive collection of videos and other sections. Aman messaged me when I passed last time and has always responded quickly to point me in the direction of specific videos to meet my learning needs.

The AKT ultimate course was very useful for all the domains . I highly recommend this course. Lots of videos, questions, mocks, flashcards and webinars all throughout the course.
Dr Arora always available for a chat when unclear about issues, very responsive. Also you get added to a group forum targeted at the exam. Superb 100%!

An amazing course that really helped break down and focus on high-yield topics while highlighting the most up-to-date guidelines. I had struggled with understanding statistical concepts, but the Arora course videos and mock tests truly solidified my knowledge. The crash course was also incredibly useful, providing weekly recaps leading up to the exam that reinforced everything I had learned. This course is definitely the reason I passed the AKT exam!

Being an international graduate, the basics do matter a lot in plab 2 preparation and that includes Interpersonal skills and approach to any cases. Arora's approach was really great and it helped me a lot to build that foundation.

The sessions were very well structured, hands-on, and delivered in a supportive learning environment. The instructors were knowledgeable, patient, and great at explaining even the more technical aspects in a clear, practical way.

Let me keep it short. Arora Academy has UK-educated tutors, and their teaching style is naturally aligned with what we are expected to know in the PLAB2 exam. I took the Smart Package and passed the exam on my first attempt very comfortably. Please also try their mocks — they are well worth it. You only appreciated their quality after trying other academies, which were all a waste of money in my humble opinion.

I had a great experience with Arora Academy while preparing for PLAB 2. Their teaching style is incredibly clear and focused, and the frameworks they provide make every station feel much more manageable. The scenarios are realistic, and the explanations are practical and easy to apply. I especially appreciated how confident I felt going into the exam after using their resources. Dr Aman and the team made us feel at home. From the beginning of the course they made us believe we could do it. We got a lovely welcome package when we started and chocolates on the last day, they didn’t have to do this but it was such a lovely gesture.
The teaching sessions were amazing and though I didn’t make it the first time I sat the Plab 2 exam, Dr Aman arranged for us to discuss my feedback and what I could improve on. This was quite helpful for my second attempt, in which I was successful. We also got a lot of exposure to the Simman and the other practical bits on the mannequins. Dr Aman was kind enough to extend my course subscription and let me join another batch online. I am extremely grateful for the kindness shown to us at Arora Academy and I highly recommend them to anyone preparing for their Plab journey.
