A great platform for having fun and experimenting

I had my account unfairly banned after requesting a refund due to my credits being used for a site error. Since customer service refuses to respond to my emails, I'm leaving yet another review until my account is reinstated. They claim that there is a limit to requesting refunds yet won't excuse or explain the inconsistent site errors that could cause my credits to be wasted. I've video called girls that had their camera not working, making me lose 50 credits unfairly. I've called girls on the phone where I couldn't hear them making me lose 28 credits unfairly. Yet despite these errors the blame is solely on me for wanting a refund which is pathetic and disappointing. Also they banned my account without informing me that asking for a refund results in an account ban, which has they done so I'd never would've asked to begin with even though a refund is deserved. If they do reinstate my account I won't Request a refund again since that is heavily discouraged, but until then I will continue to leave these reviews until I get a response from my email.

The girls on the site are mostly cool. There is no administrative service from the site though - any email written to them regarding billing or site issues is never responded to.

I emailed them from their websites form at least three times, with weeks between each email - never a response. Just look at their other reviews, they don’t have the staff to respond probably. It’s still an OK site but none of your concerns will be addressed if you have billing issues so don’t spend more than you're willing to lose
