I want to thank Dr Serhan for giving me the perfect natural nose. I am currently 4 weeks post op and my whole life has changed! The whole process from start to finish has been outstanding. Dr. Barış Çin is an incredibly experienced surgeon. I had two video consultations with him, and when he realized I was still unsure about which size implants to choose, he suggested coming in one day prior to surgery for another consultation to explore different size options. He provided detailed explanations and answered all of my questions thoroughly. I felt well taken care of throughout the entire process. From the outset, it was paramount to me that my breasts would have a natural appearance and not be overly large. Now, nearly three weeks post-operation, I must say that I am very pleased with the outcome. They look exactly as natural as I envisioned them. Additionally, my German translator, Bahar, was incredibly helpful throughout my journey. She responded promptly to all of my inquiries and was always very kind and supportive. Serhat was present at the location and proved to be exceptionally helpful. Apart from assisting with translation, he also provided us with valuable sightseeing recommendations in Istanbul and shared some historical insights. Thank you all for making my surgical journey so stress-free. I would wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Barış Çin and his team.

The whole process was great & they were patient and explained everything in details. Dr Muhammed and Dietitian Selvi and Dietitian Doğa followed up and checked me post op, answered all the questions and explained how the diet works and recommended few recipes.

Amazing from beginning to end they took care of me before and after my Rhinoplasty surgery

The hospitality in Turkey was top notch from the airport pick up to the hospital stay,then the hotel stay ,until I was dropped off at the airport.
It's been 6 weeks and 4 days now and as at today I have lost 13kg. I feel good, I look amazing 👏, my skin is glowing, I'm sleeping like a baby these days 😌 ✨️. The dietitians Selvi and Doğa are doing and amazing job navigating me through my diet stages. I have started recommending your facility to anyone who is struggling or not happy with their current weight.

The whole process for recovery was good and smoothly. I can see the improvement after 3 weeks of surgery. My nose is elevated as per my expectation. For now i am still in the healing process, as the Doctor told me to have at least another 3 shots of Cortisol for my nose to be more slimmer. I will reach out again to the Doctor once after i finished with another 3 shots of Cortisol

in August I had a stomach resection made by a doctor named Ceyhun Aydogan, the procedure and care were at a very high level, thanks to the procedure I have already lost 30 kg and my life has changed for the better, I have no complications and I am still in contact with the dietitian Selvi Nur who is happy to answer to my questions.

Ho deciso di dare il punteggio pieno principalmente per un motivo ma onestamente tutta l’organizzazione è stata eccellente.
Partendo dal primo giorno, all’aeroporto vi è spiegato in modo veramente chiaro come arrivare alla vostra navetta che vi porterà proprio sotto ai piedi del vostro hotel.
Quello che è stato dato a me è il più lontano dalla città, ma l’hotel fornisce un servizio di trasporto gratuito il quale però è ad un orario fisso.
Il personale dell’hotel è disponibile e cortese, niente da ridire per l’alloggio. Peccato solo sia tanto lontano se dopo l’operazione vi sentite di fare una visita in città.
Dunque, primo giorno alla clinica, per tutto il periodo di soggiorno ci sarà una navetta ad accompagnarvi all’ospedale e riportarvi all’hotel, le informazioni vi vengono reperite tramite messaggio al numero della persona che vi a risposto per il preventivo.
La mia fortuna è stata la mia interprete, una donna eccezionale, davvero gentile e fantastica dal primo momento.
Arrivati all’ospedale gli infermieri ti fanno un prelievo del sangue e delle domande di routine dopo di che si decide di procedere all’operazione nel giorno stesso.
Per quanto riguarda il pernottamento in ospedale dipende ovviamente dal tipo della vostra operazione. Nel mio caso ci sono rimasta due giorni (solitamente la media è di una notte o due). Gli infermieri non sono particolarmente dolci ma rimangono disponibili, il loro livello di inglese non è altro ma basilare per cui se si conoscono delle parole in inglese è facile intendersi.
Anche il dottore che mi è stato affidato parlava un buon inglese, un dottore disponibile a rispondere alle mie domande. La persona che mi ha aiutato di più di tutte però è stata la mia traduttrice. Di qualunque informazione avessi bisogno mi ha sempre risposto velocemente, con gentilezza, le sono davvero grata. Senza di lei questa esperienza sarebbe stata sicuramente più difficile. Una donna eccezionale lavorativa mente ed umanamente parlando.
Mi ha aiutato in tutto quello in cui poteva, le sono davvero riconoscente. Avrei dato un punteggio pieno probabilmente anche senza la mia intermette per l’efficienza rivelata e la professionalità della compagnia e dell’ospedale e del personale.
Sono felice della mia esperienza e soddisfatta pienamente.

I decided to give full star for one reason but honestly the whole organization was excellent.
Starting from the first day, at the airport it is explained very clearly how to get to your shuttle which will take you right under your hotel.
The one given to me is the furthest from the city, but the hotel provides a free transport service which however is at a fixed time.
The hotel staff are nice and courteous, no complaints about the accommodation. It's just a shame it's so far away if you feel like paying a visit to the city after the operation.
On the first day at the clinic, for the entire period of your stay there will be a shuttle to take you to the hospital and take you back to the hotel, the information will be repeated to you via message.
My luck was my interpreter, an exceptional woman, really kind and fantastic from the first moment.
Once you arrive at the hospital, the nurses take a blood sample and ask you some routine questions, the operation on the same day.
As for the overnight stay in hospital, it obviously depends on the type of your operation. In my case I stayed there for two days (usually the average is a night or two). The nurses are not particularly sweet but they remain helpful, their level of English is basic so if you know some English words it is easy to understand each other.
My doctor spoke a very good English, he answer all my questions. The person who helped me the most, however, was my translator. Whatever information I needed she always answered me quickly, with kindness, I am truly grateful. Without her this experience would certainly have been more difficult. An exceptional woman working mindfully and humanly speaking.
She helped me in everything she could, I am truly grateful. I would probably have given a full score even without my translator for the revealed efficiency and professionalism of the company and the hospital and the staff.
I am happy with my experience and fully satisfied.

That was such an amazing support from dietician Doğa. She was always kind to me. Also ı am so happy to get such a good service from hotel and transfer team either. Thanks for all of your supports to me. Best regards.. <3

Got PRK in september last year, after 10 years of using glasses, i had som discomfort 2-3 days after the surgery, and then 2 weeks after surgery my sight was blured, but now it’s healed complete, still a litlle sensivity to light, but nothing bad.

I recently travelled to Istanbul for Rhinoplasty with Dr Serhan Derin and absolutely everything (hotel stay, appointments, transfers) was arranged by Arpanu medical. The whole team were really friendly and helpful from start to finish and everything was communicated clearly. I didn't have a single problem during the whole experience! The hotel they provide is beautiful with friendly staff and even a nurse on site. Their care doesn't end after the surgery as they even have a post-op assistant and the whole team make it clear they are there for you any time. Special thanks to John the translator who was nothing but friendly and helpful during the whole process! I would 10000% recommend!

Honestly I really had a perfect experience from getting picked up from the airport to going home :))
I felt very cared for and listened to by Dr Serhan, the nurses, the coordinators, the after-pó care, even the lady that cleaned my room at the hotel helped me asked for ice when I was in pain!!
Everything I needed was included in the package and I felt extremely comfortable and confident all the way through. It was my first time in Turkey and I have really fallen in love with the hospitality that the people show. Incredibly grateful 🥰🥰

He is one of the most experienced doctors I have ever met in my life. The surgery was completed successfully and it has been almost 7 months and I have not had any problems.
