Just looked at reviews and I’m clearly not the only one. If you’re from the uk don’t bother. Been waiting over 3 weeks and it hasn’t even left the US. I get things from china faster within a week. Not received and they even tried charging you on top of a high delivery price ‘to make sure you receive it’. Comical.

They're stealing money from my account. They're taken £559 over the course of 3 months. I only wanted one item. I still have received any products after 4 months. These people need to go to jail!They're scamming people. Will not respond to you.
Zero integrity and customer service
My order wasn’t dispatched for 2 weeks and I live in Australia. I requested a refund after 4 weeks via email 5 times with no response, then when I messaged Arrae on instagram asking for an update they blocked my account. Still waiting for an answer and my refund for an order I put through a month ago. Absolutely the worst customer service and so greedy for money they refuse to respond or honour their returns policy. No integrity it’s disgusting.
Great customer service
I placed an order after seeing an advertisement on instagram.
I got hit with the charges from parcel force to say it was in customs and wouldn’t deliver without paying £48!
I contacted Arrae who have shown excellent customer service. I explained as my order was quite expensive I didn’t wish to pay another £48 on top and they advised I can return to sender.
After speaking to parcel force & proving my return there were no questions and items were refunded immediately.
Just be careful if you are overseas you might be hit with the charges. It’s not that clear on the website which hopefully they will update.
I’m gutted I didn’t get to try the products but I can’t fault their customer service at all.
I am beyond disappointed
I am beyond disappointed. The delivery was not done 3 times and I had to look ask for another one. Their response is so slow and make you feel you dont matter. There is extra cost of CUSTOMS which are pretty high knowning that their products are already PRICEY. NOTE: They use DHL E COMMERCE which is another type of service which is so bad !!!
Terrible experience
It’s been months and part of my order has arrived only to be stomped with £150 stamp duty! So annoyed. Nothing on their website states this (atleast when I ordered). Terrible customer services! Don’t waste your time and money on this!
It’s a shame because the product looked good - and so can’t comment on that!
£50 CUSTOMS FEES
Avoid at all costs - you will have to pay a £50 customs fee for 1 small order if you are in the UK. Poor customer service (dismissive attitude when I told them I was not aware of this) and be warned - the clinical studies that are quoted as having been undertaken, are clinical studies complied by OTHERS and Arrae have taken the bits that benefit them for maximum sale and profitability.
UK customers - AVOID!!
Have been waiting for my order for more than 1 month now. There’s is absolutely no reason it should take this long to ship something from the US to London. I will refuse the order so I can get a refund as there’s no way I’m ordering again given how long it takes. I’ll probably also incur customs fees so will update on how much this is when it finally comes, although anyone’s guess when.

Good product, poor service and expensive.
Discovered Bloat while visiting friends in Los Angeles. Hugely helps with my IBS pain but isn’t always the panacea and is expensive. Ordered on return to UK, and the whole experience was extremely frustrating.
Three months worth of bloat, with a free gift, plus another single product, amounted to more than is permitted on personal import price threshold; they listed the price of the free gift on the customs label which took it over. The shipping hub is Germany and I was charged £45 tax.
When the product arrived, my order wasn’t complete. I wrote to customer service complaining about the tax as well as order incomplete, and while fast at responding, they did nothing to compensate for any of the above, nor acknowledge my frustration. They sent the missing item, but it felt they had no interest in keeping my custom.
Having been so much hassle and poorly managed their side, at great expense, I won’t be ordering again.
the products came broken
the products came broken. 3 of them. shards of glass broken everywhere in the package. my dog got a glass splinter when i opened the package. They offered a full refund for the entire order. I only received partial refund. I emailed so many times. Why don't they have a customer service phone number. Arrae 's customer service is horrible and they kept my money, I'd give them a zero stars.

I ordered and said to myself I would come back here and leave my review.
I was on Omeprazol and was worried about the long-term effects so wanted to try something new, ideally more natural.
Heartburn was giving me terrible chest pain that wasn’t always fixed by the dr prescribed meds.
Within a week of taking Heartburn I was feeling way better.
I now don’t take daily, but I will take before foods like Indian, lots of coffee or alcohol.
I also take if I feel a little pain or discomfort.
Honestly I am so happy with this product.

Awful customer service
Awful customer service. Over Christmas a friend and I both received order confirmations for orders we hadn't made. It seems Arrae must auto-select a subscription which neither of us had knowingly accepted. As soon as I noticed I got in touch and flagged the mistake and asked for it to be cancelled, my friend did the same thing 2 days later. Her order and subscription was cancelled but for some reason, they're refusing to cancel or refund me. Despite the fact it's obviously a mis-leading subscription in the first place and they agreed to refund someone who was in touch after me. Will never order from them again and will stop recommending them now unfortunately.

Arrae has taken twice funds from my credit card for orders I didn’t make. Stay away!
One hit wonder.
One star because the products are decent. Customer service is absolutely terrible. If you need a refund, no response. If you send an email asking why your package was empty, no response. They have no customer service skills. Make sure you 100% want what you order because there is no going back and no people to actually speak with. Maybe they need to hire more staff?
