ArrangeMe has failed me Big Time.

Until the end of 2025 Arrangeme (and its outlets SheetMusicPlus and SheetMusicDirect) did what they promised: they paid 50% commission over sold Originals and 10% commission over Arrangements. However since the end of 2024 the Affiliate program from SheetMusicPlus stopped with pay outs. Next to that the system is without notice changed into a Rebate system (you get credits for SheetMusicPlus) but even that doesn't work anymore). The company promised a solution for over a year, but in reality, nothing happens.

Next to that, they stopped paying out commissions from 2025 Q2 and further from"subscription views" for Sheet Music Direct Pass and Musescore. Also for this problem they promised a solution that never came.

But the biggest problem started in January 2026. In 2026, monthly download commissions still aren’t being paid properly. Some payouts have come through, but they’re far lower than expected. Support tickets have only say ‘we are working on it.’ Payments are delayed, inconsistent, and there are still no reports showing what we’re actually being paid for.

Any mails to the support desk only leads to standard replies: "We are working on it." And lot's of excuses, failing systems, a new crew, etc. etc.

I don't know of I ever will receive the money the owe me. But I have withdrawn all my original compositions recently. This is not a company to be trusted.

No longer pay out commissions earned

Arrange Me started out great - as the largest platform for self-published arrangers and composers, it's the best platform for selling your music scores. However, since Muse Group took over Hal Leonard, they've increasingly stopped honouring their agreements to pay us our accumulated commissions.

First the affiliate link earnings stopped being paid out sometime in 2024. The Sheet Music Plus website has quietly been updated to state that the "EZ Rebate" program no longer pays out cash, but credits for purchases on Sheet Music Plus, without notifying any of us of that change via email, but they don't even pay that out. Any enquiries about the status of this program is met with reassurance to keep using the affiliate links as they claim they are still recording these sales, but there's no information as to why no one has been paid out their commissions in a very long time.

Then they offered the ability to opt in to paid commissions on "subscription views" for Sheet Music Direct Pass and Musescore Pro views. This started out great, but likewise we weren't paid out for 2025 Q2 MuseScore views, and the 2025 Q3 Sheet Music Direct views (which at the time of this review still haven't been paid out), and now reports haven't been provided for 2025 Q4 views, so none of us have any idea what has or has not been paid, and that particular payment was a good 6-7 weeks late. The payment per view appears to have dropped to being just 1c or less - requests to clarify how this all works are ignored.

And now in 2026, we haven't been receiving the monthly payments for our download sale commissions. Some people have received some commissions, but report that they have been significantly less than what they should have been. I should have been paid out a download sale commission for January 2026, but have not received it, and despite lodging several support tickets, am still waiting to hear back from them other than "we're looking into it". Any commissions that are paid out are significantly later than they should have been, and again, no one has been receiving any reports to show what they have been paid for.

Any enquiries as to what is going on has been met with excuse after excuse - their "retail partners" (who are all part of Muse Group) haven't been reporting correctly; commissions have been paid late because of tax time (which has never been an issue in previous years); they are having to train new staff...

I've now unpublished my arrangements, as there's no point making sales if I'm not going to be paid out the commissions that I'm owed.
