Hassle free, quick and easy. The customer service I received after I took the plan was commendable. I got a call after they received my paperwork, thanked me for sending this over and explained the next steps. Extremely happy with service.

Once I explained what I wanted to happen once I had deceased my contact Darren searched and came back with the results. No hard sell to move up to a more expensive package, if you do not what it you will not be asked to purchase. I am presently waiting on my paperwork returning from Golden Leaves but I am confident that all will be in order. Would highly recommend it to all who want to arrange their own or a loved ones funeral.
