After an initial inquiry online I received a telephone call from Arrangemyfuneral. The salesman was very friendly, spoke clearly and asked relevant questions as to what exactly I was looking for. He explained the options available to me very clearly. I received paperwork the following day. There was no hard sell and I felt very comfortable dealing with this company

After I made the original enquiry online, the agent that got in touch listened to what I requested and did not try to oversell to me which seems to be common practice with some firms,he informed me of the company I have since purchased a plan from and it has been simple and straight forward.

Well explained in plain understandable terms. Various affordable options. Clear paperwork. Good customer service.

I would just like to pass on my thanks for all the help given to me during setting up my funeral plan. Each stage was carefully explained to me in my sort of language , there was no pressure or hard sell and everyone was pleasant and easy to talk to. Although there are several stages including the will writing, I did not feel over faced with it all and although we are still in the final stages, support is there along the way.

i wanted to get a plan in place as I have no family now except grandson who is autistic and named daughter-in-law as next of kin the plan that I have purchased will take care of everything when the time comes for me to make my departure have named the funeral company that dealt with the recent loss of my wife they were very dignified in the handling of the wife,s funeral/cremation I have stated the I want the same as my wife had having searched on line for a plan I found this company to be the best one to go with discussed at length of my requirements and a plan was entered into with them and now in place they were very helpful to my plan now I have no worries when the time comes that everything will be catered for that is in my plan I would recommend this company as being the best one to go with for anybody wanting to take out a funeral plan very helpful in all aspects of the plan that I wanted so nobody has to worry as it has all been taken care of I am glad that I found this company and taken out my plan with them

I contacted Arrange my funeral and spoke to Robin Harris, without any pressure he explained all the options available and left it to myself and my wife to decide which suited us best. On recontacting him and telling him of our decision he professionally guided us through the arrangements and gave us peace of mind regarding a delicate subject.
