Bad advice, 5 weeks to wait and wouldn’t respond to emails, phone messages/ calls. Very poor customer service

Have used before and was decent. Not now :o(
Have used before and was decent. But now trying to use again and extremely poor at responding. Sent through my details over 3 weeks ago and after multiple chases, iv still heard nothing.
Shame. Would avoid now.
