In the Morning we found a little package in the our garden. No tracking, no info, thrown in the garden from TNT: Not good but I have what I have paid for.

No RMA and no refund
The compatible ink cartridge was not recognized by the printer.
After several emails requesting an RMA process we are still waiting for the cartridge to be collect by the carrier. A refund was promissed but never given.
