I had a very positive experience with this rent a car company. Communication was fast and clear, the car was clean and in excellent condition. Pickup and return were quick and easy, with no problems. It was my second time to use AR Rent-A-Car. First thing that I like is a simple reservation on the website, you don't have to send a request to get a basic information like on other Rent-A-Car websites. Also I changed my plans, and I changed my reservation with one click with no problem's and it was for free. And everything else was perfect.

I have been a regular client with this agency for 3 months and for a good reason, initial experience was great. I am often skeptical cooperating with large agencies because deposit returns are often delayed, in this case it was returned within one working week (as stated by the employee), main reason why I came back. Large selection of cars perfectly maintained - meaning no service or issue indicators and also squeaky clean. I did not even have an indicator for low tire pressure and I've been driving their cars for almost every week in the past 3 months.

Pricing is straightforward with no hidden costs and one major benefit - no limits in driving range which is a load off my mind. My advice, spend the extra money for full insurance.

Even if a car you decided upon is not available, they give a car from the same category and transmission and often better equipped (stipulated in the contract). Large choice ranging from a Citroen C3 to a BMW X3 which I very much enjoy as a car enthusiast.

Winter time came and they equip all cars with a complimentary ice scraper which is a great touch.

In terms of communication and reservation I had no issues. Quick responses and all employees show great degree of patience even if a client is picky and demanding. Customer service is a big plus.

At the end, its a local company and they make sure to maintain a very professional approach as if they are a global franchise, something which international franchises fail to do in Serbia and this is from my extensive experience!

Make sure you make your reservations ahead of time, demand is high especially during winter and summer seasons. You will get better pricing and the car you want.
