No APP available in the app store...Chat was last active 3-5-2023...Site is not maintained and does not work...Nobody Home at this place...Zero support

LOOK OUT For this company...They are GONE!!!

I just downloaded the app from the play store so I haven't checked it out yet. While I was downloading the app I went to download the client. The links at shop.arroe.com desktop-client do not work. I got a quick reply via email about the problem after using the chat help feature on the website. I'm waiting for the email with links that work now. I'll let you know how this turns out. 4 stars for now because the reply was so quick. update... I never got an email with resolution and the links to download the desktop software are still broken. 1 star 🌟

I've had my Arroe Smart Charging System for about a month and let me tell you it is a game changer. The slim form factor and thoughtfully placed connectivity ports ensure my laptop is fully charged in or out of my favorite bag. I don't even notice the Smart Charger in the bag by its weight or the amount of space it takes up. It truly blends in seamlessly and turns any bag into "a Smart Bag".

It's a wonderful feeling to toss my laptop in my backpack and know it will be ready to go whenever I need to go. I have less paranoia about my phone running out of battery as well since the Arroe System charges multiple devices simultaneously via USB-C ports and even has Wireless charging which is a pretty cool feature to show off while at a coffee shop or meeting.

From a software perspective I'm digging the Arroe app too, its simple and gives me a heads up - with just the right amount of notifications - when I need to charge my phone or laptop, (like the personal charging assistant I never knew I needed).

Great product. Very easy to use and not only keeps my devices powered up on the move but the power management app that goes with it constantly monitors power consumption and levels on my cell phone for example and reminds me when when I need to charge so no more dropped calls when my battery suddenly dies!!!

I use the smart charging system every day to power my devices as I work from home. It doesn't take up much space on my desk and I usually tuck it under my laptop to give me additional height. When traveling, it slides neatly into my bag and I can charge my devices easily and safely with the bag closed. The app is incredibly useful in notifying me when I need to start or stop charging and it's teaching me the value of managing battery health by not overcharging. I had no idea you could charge too much or too often, but I love the reminders to stop charging when the battery reaches 80% full. Overall, this product is awesome and gives me the freedom I want and the knowledge I need to keep my devices charged and healthy.

I travel a lot because of work and I always struggled with keeping my devices charged. ARROE changed completely that. Don’t need to worry about running out of battery during the day. Laptop, phone and router always charged. And having multiple cartridges makes it even better for far plane trips.

I bought this for my mum because she drives far to lots of remote towns for work and it has made her life so much easier for keeping everything charged! Going to get myself one when my business travel starts back up soon :)

First of its kind, smart charging is the way to go! Worth the money. I can sleep easy knowing ARROE has got me covered. To track and know all my device’s battery life at any given moment is key for me. Finally found a product that can deliver it all. The app and desktop client is user friendly and easy to setup. The Bluetooth connectivity is sometimes a little slow but only by 1 or 2 seconds. This is completely changing my traveling experiences now that I am getting on the road again. For a traveling salesman like myself, I use this at the airport and on planes. No more searching for a power outlet. Those days are done. Once I get to the hotel, I am able to use the ARROE smart charger as a central hub for all my devices. The optimization charging is an awesome feature to ensure your device’s battery lives long. I believe the optimized charging for the ARROE battery means that once it reaches 20%, it stops charging your devices. I forgot that and thought the ARROE was malfunctioning but once I switched that feature off in the app, the ARROE started charging again. You can also setup the ARROE app to send you alerts when you should plug in your devices. With life moving so quickly, you can forget to charge your phone, tablet, headphones and laptop. With ARROE, you’ll never be left with no charge!

I have been using the Arroe charging system all year and it has become even more invaluable than I had expected. I was hoping for a universal charger for all my equipment, which the Arroe does effectively and efficiently with its size, shape, and accessories, but the Arroe app working with the charging system makes Work from Anywhere truly seamless. With a quick glance, I know the power of my S10, ThinkPad, iPad, and Arroe immediately. I thought I would only use on the go as it fits perfectly in my bag, but even at home, the Arroe has made it possible to work anywhere with instant power. Thank you.

Fastest charger ever!

Charges every single device I own, including my 2012 MacBook Pro and the app reliably shows me the status of every device. Nothing else compares. Awesome!

I used Arroe for the last couple of months and it is great! It allowed me to part ways with most of my cables and thanks to the app I no longer have to remember which devices need charging and when. At first I thought Arroe would only be useful when traveling (which obviously has been limited during the last year), but soon it became my go-to charging solution at home and everywhere else. What is also cool is that Arroe can charge multiple devices at the same time. Overall a really good and useful product.
