One item was out of stock which they informed me of immediately. Everything else was great quality, shipping very fast, and notable was the exceptionally assiduous packaging which ensured everything arrived mint. Great experience, many thanks.

Arrowfile is a brand, not a company, previously owned by Flash Foto who I believe went bust and now owned by S&N Genealogy Supplies.
Please be aware that the standard refill sleeves are now 230mm wide (due to a change in manufacture), whereas always used to be 240mm, and if mixing old and new it looks most odd.....

I ordered a album and leaves and was charged the full amount on my credit card. However you were unable to supply the leaves and told me they would be in in about 4 weeks. I consider this less than good practice.
Albums and leaves go together. If you cannot supply one there is little point in sending the other. What you should have done was offer me the alternatives
1 Refund all the money or
2 Take for the album but not for the leaves or
3 Offer an alternative to the leaves e.g. white

Always seem to have plenty in stock, and order always comes pretty quickly. I am an erratic customer but I’ve been using them a long time over the years and never had cause to complain.

I only found this website by chance, was looking for a photo album and this site had the best colourful modern photo albums. Had to purchase, glad I did, reasonably priced just the delivery charge that boosted the all purchase cost up. Wish I had purchased two! Would recommend and purchase from them again👌🏻

For many years I have been happily accumulating "digital" 6"x4.5" prints of my photos but have been dismayed to find that suitable albums have virtually disappeared from the marketplace.
Consequently, I was delighted to discover this Arrowfile product.
Long may it be available.

Reliable service and quality

Easy to order with a quick and efficient delivery

I've been using Arrowfile products for years - and they last for years! Gradually replacing old photo albums where the plastic inserts have split, or become sticky so they're no longer keeping the photographs in good condition. No such problems with Arrowfile albums. Even the oldest in my collection are still in great condition and precious pictures are well protected.

A professional service with good quality products, which were delivered quickly. Last time, a couple of the items were out of stock, which was not indicated on their website, but they promptly provided a refund on request. One criticism is their use of cloud flare on their ordering page which has blocked me placing orders on more than one occasion and I had to resort to using my iPhone to place the orders.

Excellent products, website easy to navigate. I wish they would add apple pay as I don’t feel comfortable leaving my card details online.

I have used Arrowfile for quite a number of years now. I keep returning as the product's and service's have always been excellent.
