Avoid these jerks like the plague

Avoid these jerks like the plague. They must be working overtime trying to get reparations from the trail of tears. I mean, you talk about an appropriate name: Arrowhead. They will stick more than an Arrowhead up your bunghole. Predatory lender with obscene interest rates and late fees. They will keep dipping into your bank account until it is bone dry. You will even struggle trying to get them to cease and desist with the auto debit; if you're fortunate enough to get in touch with anyone because the website is totally useless when it comes to trying to reschedule your pymt or stop the auto-pay. I can't even figure out how to update my phone number via their crappy site. Worst of all, you could pay off your loan after it takes you almost a year and when you need them to extend you another loan, their underwriting department will totally cut you off and not even give a reason why they wont approve you after reapplying. So once again, Do Not Do business with these crooks! Beware! And know that if you do borrow from them and give them access to your bank account, you might as well let the fox into the henhouse; in this case, Chief Red Fox & Tonto. Screw Arrowhead advance and everything you represent. I will never get a loan from you ever again. I will never refer anyone to your crooked company. And i will go to the ends of the earth telling people about how crummy you are!!!! Never again!!!!

Worst company …

Worst company ever please don’t borrow money from this company. Sure, I know I needed money so I borrowed $800 and I did appreciate it because I needed it for an emergency but I’ve made six payments for 245 dollars every two weeks and right now I owe $803, so I end up owing more than what I borrowed even if I made those payments incredible worst company ever

It does not get any worse then this. Don't.

Truly awful. Never in my life have I been called 50+ times for a loan I don't even have. To make an annoying story short: I inquire/apply about a loan out of curiosity, I see their egregious APR (800%+) and dodge that expensive bullet, they call me a couple times, okay sure no problem. They call my employer in a strange manner, who actually alerted me of this.

But it gets weird: I block their number(s), they proceed to call me 50+ times in the span of 5 days and leave countless voicemails. What is the deal? I understand you need clients, but dude, it's harassment like. When a POTENTIAL customer doesn't answer the first 15 times, don't continue to beat the bush. That person want your loan anymore, simple as that.

Do not for a millisecond consider these clowns. It's truly better to starve then give them the time of day. End of story. I don't even have a loan with these guys and they're irritating. That's a new record. I wish I never pressed submit.

DO NOT BORROW MONEY FROM THIS COMPANY

DO NOT BORROW MONEY FROM THIS COMPANY. I A client of mine received an offer in the mail from this company and asked me to check it out. When we walked through the application process, and were offered the money, the disclosure showed the the ANNUAL PERCENTAGE RATE IS 794%. No that is not a typo, this company is based on an Indian reservation and therefor does not have to abide by US consumer protection laws.

Not Worth It

Interest rates and repayment terms are predatory, even for someone with bad credit in an emergency situation. Would not recommend. Customer service is professional and polite but not helpful.

Worst company ever steal your money

I tried to pay off my small loan in full today and they won't let me! Nope they said I have to keep paying their charge twice a month first then I can pay it off. I only took a $400 loan they have taken $2000 out of my checking account won't stop. How is this even legal. so I have to pay 2 payments of $136 plus $566 this month about $800 to pay off but your horrible company already lied and took $2000 out of my account so I'll have to pay u almost $3000 to borrow $400

I hope everyone contacts the BBB

I hope everyone contacts the BBB, because these reviews show a company abusing the people in need and breaking the law at the same time. You can always pay towards your principle and it is recommended as well. I would also contact the Credit Bureaus and file a complaint about the company. They will also be able to guide you unless the law prevents them too. I do know if you contact the BBB they will help you and give you all the information needed. As far as I see you guys should not have to pay a dime having to deal with such an awful abusive company. I would suggest possible app. It starts off at a low amount to borrow but as you pay it off which is two months the amount to borrow goes up. It’s cheaper than pawning stuff and it also helps with your credit score. Im so sorry you all have endured this and wish you much positive vibes in dealing with a company thats most likely not even here more like China.
Stay Safe and POSITIVE,

High interest rate SCAM

High interest rate, PLEASE avoid. My pay back was $149 monthly and $140.00 went to interest rates and $9.00 went the loan it would take me years to pay back a 700.00 loan. this company is a SCAM!!!!!! you are better off using Dave loan or Earring there are no interest rates they only charge a small fee to process the loan which may average between $4-$12

I don't even know who this outfit is

I don't even know who this outfit is but I continue to be contacted via text, phone and now paper mail. I have sent 2 letters requesting they stop all forms of contact, blocking them doesn't stop them from using a different text alias and I have made no less than 5 phone calls asking them to stop with each call ending in a promise to stop. I have talked to my attorney about it and they will gladly recoup the fees but as a tenured tech professional I believe that I can personally rectify the situation myself and likely help others at the same time

They refuse to apply payment to pay off my loan

I sent them over $600 to pay off my account and they refuse to apply the payment. Customer service was condescending when I first called, speaking to me as if I don’t understand how loans and payments work. On phone call #7 or 8, the agent just could NOT understand what I was talking about. I’ve gone around and around with them and gotten nowhere over the course of a month. Had to file a formal complaint with CFPB - hopefully they are able to do something or speak to someone - there is $600+ out there in the ether MISSING!
