Really nice people who did a really good job - no complaints. We even had an issue where our neighbours were away for a few weeks and only found out on the day. The Arrow guys did 3 of our 4 walls and agreed to come back when the neighbours returned, and didn’t charge extra. They were nice, attentive, and left the area clean. Would use again :)

David came to my house to look at cavity wall insulation, he advised I needed to install a PMEV instead of cavity wall to deal with mould. He was ever so helpful and has saved me a lot of money by being truthful and not trying the hard sell like others. If I were to do cavity wall in the future I’d use these guys as they seem super switched on. Thank you.

From start to finish all ran smoothly. The surveyor Matthew arrived on time and was both professional and courteous, as were the office staff in organising the works to be carried out. Both Gavin and Charlie who did the cavity wall extraction worked extremely hard and carried out the works to a high standard. All in all a job well done. Would definitely recommend.

We have just had our cavity wall insulation replaced by Arrow Energy Solutions. There provided a fast, informative and no pressure quote, which we felt was good value. Sean and his team made two visits. They took about a day to remove the old insulation, then asked me to inspect the inside of the walls and all the work they had done to make sure I was happy. They refilled the walls in a couple of hours on another day and again asked me to inspect the work. They were a very likeable and friendly team and cleaned up well on both occasions.

Dan, Shaun and Fred did a great job extracting the old fluffy cavity insulation. You could see all the old stuff coming out down the hoses and they showed me the clean cavities with a camera. Cleaned up after, including replacing old air bricks very neatly. Very pleased.

Craig and the team at Arrow were quick, efficient, and attentive at every stage of our solar/battery installation on our slate roof house. The quote we received was competitive to others we were offered and there was no 'hard sell'.

We were very pleased with the customer service. Our questions were answered promptly. The work was carried out at a time to suit us. The team cleared up well.
It is too early to say yet whether the new insulation is effective but we assume it will be.

I hired Arrow to remove old existing cavity insulation and install new. To remove the old they drill holes at the top of the wall cavity, remove a brick at the bottom then insert a high pressure air pump in the top hole to break up the insulation. Unfortunately they drilled a hole in my chimney flue, and airblasted the chimney into my office, covering all my office equipment in soot. After spending 10 hours trying to remove all the soot, and therefore the smell, I gave up and fully redecorated the room, replacing some of the furniture and the carpet. Arrow apologised for the error and said they would talk to their people to try and avoid it happening again - this was of little use to me.

I thought about it and looked around for a while but decided on Arrow Energy Solutions to install my Solar panels and Battery.

The sales process wasn't pushy it was made clear that they only sell quality products and they wanted us to be happy. The installers were very friendy and hard working,they kept us informed all through the process. We had 14 panels and a battery installed. Best thing ever. We were so impressed with this company we went ahead and had the walls insulated by them, with the same professional experience.

Excellent extraction, professional and courteous team and they cleaned up afterwards.

Arrow are knowledgable, reliable and have high-quality, friendly installers. I can recommend them for cavity wall insulation removal and replacement.

Quickly responded and came out to survey the property at no cost and provide a quote for the work. Quote was very competitive versus other suppliers, and provided us with peace of mind that the the work would be completed to a professional standard by the way they engaged.
The work was booked over 2 days (Friday and then the Monday as needed removal of old insultation), however they called a week before and moved the date up and were able to complete the work in 1 day.
They arrived on site at 8am sharp, quickly assessing the site and setting up. The removal of the old insulation was a loud process, however was completed within an hour or two. It didn't create too much mess, just where the brickwork had gaps (e.g. garage where the gas pipes came through some of the old insulation was blown through - 2 mins with the hoover sorted it). The filling was a quick process, and the team were off site by about 1pm. Already several days later we can notice the ability for the house to retain heat is much better.

They are easy to deal with and the guys who did the job are really experienced, conscientious and pleasant.

This company do a good job in a friendly efficient way.
I would've given top marks except the surveyor did not make it clear enough just HOW MUCH old debris would float into the rooms specifically the loft and kitchen.
We would've covered more items with sheets or tarpaulins been more prepared it was a very very dusty job. Even though they cleaned up twice now, we still need to be careful moving items in the loft. They are still covered.
