Ethan are installer was professional,knowledgable and answered all my questions. I felt that he was very honest when I asked if I should remove the railing/I liked he gave me pros and cons. I never felt rushed when asking questions/and I ask a lot of questions/Ethan was very patient.

Charlie Laundrie
Charlie Laundrie, sales person, told us the performance plan was $180.00 yr. for both chairs. the installer,Isaiah, had two prices for us. basic plan $918.00 yr.or plus plan $1642.00. I called Charlie and he said that price from the installer is wrong. He said Tiffany from the office would call me and straighten it out. Never heard from Tiffany.

I had a wonderful experience with the team from Arrow Lift. The initial phone call was pleasant with a satisfying outcome. The salesman that came to call on my home was friendly, knowledgeable and to the point, no high pressure selling. My installer was on time, courteous, and instructed me with great patience. I called on a Tuesday. They called back on Wednesday and a guy came out and it was put in on Friday. You can’t ask for better service than that.
