Very professional, friendly and accurate. Did a great job training me how to use the chair lift and explaining the ins and outs!
My main focus was to help me bring groceries and cases of water up to 15 stairs from my garage to my loft... It has been working beautifully occasionally. I will sit on it and ride it back down. It's like having an amusement park right in my home! This was one of the best investments I've ever made. Thank you again and I would highly recommend your company to anyone that's interested in purchasing a chair lift.

Great customer service
Charlie was very pleasant and low key. Explained the options and gave us a quote and we thought about it overnight and called him the next morning to order the lift. The next morning Logan arrived and installed the lift within 3 hours. He was very personable and very efficient. I was very, very pleased. They were both great representatives of your company.

Issues on the Install…
The time for the install was fast and the installation went well we thought. The first time we tried it, it got stuck. We tried the suggested reset, but it did not work. They came out 2 days later. The wiring was done wrong on the chair seat - backwards. Got that done and called for the inspection. They determined that the arm wiring was wrong - backwards again. Finally, all done, but frustrating errors on the install.

Would not recommend
Would not recommend. We didn't shop around and we definitely should have. This is probably the same for all stair lift companies, but they charge the same amount for 7 stairs and 14 stairs, a complete rip-off. A stair lift through them is $6,000-$7,000. That was over our budget so we bought a refurbished one for $4,600. The salesperson said it would be about 3-4 years old. The one we bought is considerably older than that, but we can't prove it. It also sounds like a piece of crap and ready to fall apart. The installers were nice enough but when they left we saw that they damaged two of our stairs and never bothered to mention it to us. Shop around before buying from this company. After making an expensive purchase like this you would think a follow-up call a week or two later would be appropriate to see if we were happy with the purchase. We heard nothing from them.
