Just picked my Kia Sorento up today which was sat waiting for me all ready. I was informed it has some faults on the mot advisory but were taken care of before been picked up. Some parts needed ordering but it’s getting taken back n fixed and will be given another car to use. Matty was outstanding n loves the sound of his own voice haha,but all professional and car was amazing drive home. I love these little independent garages hassle free and no messing. Thanks to u all

We had the pleasure of dealing with Matthew when buying our nissan Juke. The environment was very relaxed, no pressure selling and followed up on every question we asked even after we bought the car. Very good buying experience with Matt at Arrow who I only dealt with from distance (Glasgow).
He made the whole process very easy, sent me a video walk around for the car and was honest with any minor paint scratches or alloy scuffs in the video which I appreciated.
Matt took time to liaise with the previous owner to locate a towbar key for me which he was kind enough to send on - a very personal service and would highly recommend Matt and the team at Arrow motor company

Visited Arrow on Monday and was greeted by salesman Matthew. Very polite, not pushy which we’ve experienced in the past elsewhere and found us the perfect car. Kept us updated throughout and the car was ready today ( Thursday ). Will definitely use this company again to purchase our next one. Thanks again. We are very happy!!

Would never hesitate to recommend Arrow Motors to anyone (and already have). This is an exceptional garage run by exceptional, knowledgeable and professional people. No pressure, no ‘typical sales’ patter…just honest people doing what’s best for their customer. We felt confident that the car we drove out of that garage had been thoroughly checked over to a very high standard. Also confident that if anything does go wrong during the additional warranty period, it will be put right and dealt with in the same professional manner as the sale. We have bought from many garages over the years, but this is now our garage of choice. Second car I’ve bought from Arrow. Always get a friendly service making the whole process very easy. Also gave me a good part ex price both times. I have no doubt I will be speaking with them next time I’m wanting to change.

This company is the best experience I have ever had buying a car , straight forward and very honest throughout the whole process . No sales pressure and even rang me a few days after to see how I'm finding the car . I have had many cars during my time of driving and I have never had an experience like it . From start to finish the experience was second to none . Matthew was great to deal with and the car was ready with full MOT and all advisories done with invoices sent showing what had been done . Visit the dealership, to look at 2 estate cars. After speaking to Matthew and taking both cars for a test drive, Matthew found a third choice for us. A very nice Audi A6 Avant. Fantastic car, ideal car. Excellent condition. Highly recommend Arrow, for service, helpful, but without being pushy.

Unbelievable service from this garage. We were sold a car by Ryan, a very straightforward sale and we collected the car a week later. Discovered a small leak on getting the car home but the guys came straight to my home to collect the car, rectified the issue, filled the tank with petrol for the inconvenience and returned the car within 24 hours. Nothing is a problem and they will go above and beyond for the customer. Outstanding service, couldn’t have asked for better! Highly recommend!

After a hassle free, leisurely, no pressure visit to the garage to check out a car I’d came across online, I was greeted by Matthew who certainly displayed the highest level of customer service I’ve came across. His knowledge and understanding of the trade was in abundance.
He went above and beyond to make sure my experience was smooth and hassle free.
I’m more than happy with the Mercedes CLA and the service that was provided.

I don’t normally do reviews because I can’t be bothered.
But, on this occasion, I’ve taken a minute out of my hectic schedule to do so.
The reasons for this is simple…
1: The team there are some of the best I’ve ever met.
2: The car is one of the best and tidiest second hand cars I’ve ever seen.
3: The overall experience was quick and pleasant. I would definitely buy from them again.

Now, I must get back to my day.

My experience at arrow motor company was perfect as it is every time. Me and my partner have bought 3 cars in total now from arrow and we wouldn’t go anywhere else from start to finish superb service thanks again to all staff.

Can’t recommend highly enough. All staff were friendly and knowledgeable. As I was travelling quite a distance, Matt provided a video (with commentary!) car looked great so arranged to test drive.
Could not have been happier. All paperwork and formalities done within an hour and I was on the road home.

Absolutely outstanding service from Matthew, I went with my eye on a specific car and Matthew could not have gone into anymore detail about it he made sure he explained everything thoroughly and made us feel so welcoming as sometimes it isn’t little daunting walking into a car sales but we had no doubts at all. He even went above and beyond to make sure we had the car the next morning in time for me going to work so I couldn’t credit this him enough! So thank you so much!

Fantastic customer service, very genuine people that are extremely helpful, polite and professional. Dealing with Matthew was a breath of fresh air, super efficient and attentive to detail. There was a slight issue with an unforeseen warning light, the issue was fixed very efficiently whilst a courtesy car was provided. They clearly love what they do as they do it so well.
I can highly recommend Arrow Motor Company.
