Last Minute cancellation
I am utterly disappointed with the experience I had with Arrow Removals. After contacting them on Wednesday and book their services for our upcoming move scheduled 10 days later, we were under the impression that everything was on track. We not only agreed on their price but also had their rep visit our home on Saturday to finalize the details.
However, late that Saturday, I received an email that they were unable to honor the agreed-upon service due to "MOT" of their 7.5T truck. This left us in a state of shock and frustration. The inconvenience caused by their sudden cancellation cannot be understated.
Adding "insult" to injury, their parting words were a cold and dismissive "Good luck with the move." that show a lack of empathy and respect for their customers.
As the result of their abrupt cancellation, we are now force to find an alternative moving company within a matter of days, amplifying our stress.
In conclusion, I strongly advise anyone considering Arrow Removals to reconsider. Their inability to fulfill commitments and their disregard for customer well-being make them a company not worthy of your trust. Moving is already a stressful endeavor, and dealing with a company that adds to that stress is simply unacceptable.
