Different techs gave different analyses as to how to fix the À/C. Took too long to get the parts. Time ranges given for “confirmed” appts. were way off. We went a month of hot days/nights without A/C. Available telephone numbers to call for info on progress or for customer relations to complain were hard to come by. Tech Reggie finally got A/C working. We would like to adopt him for future service needs.

that you installed So I called to have someone come out to correct it Scheduled it for Thursday between 12-4 No show I called back again they scheduled it Friday 8am-12 No show Reschedule it for 12-4 Calked it above where it was leaking I called back I wanted refund for 40.00 I paid for seasonal check up Not for 3 no shows I spend 11 hours waiting and when I called they were short handed I am the customer at least they could have not scheduled me if they were not gonna show up I am very disappointed on how I was treated
I was not impressed by the car lot…
I was not impressed by the car lot mentality and trying to sell me a new unit. How do you give me a qoute of 24,000$ than a 5000$ return customer discount. 24 hours later send me a qoute for 12,000$$. So if we are playing games with pricing, what else is going on? I will never call Bluedot again.
