Great service and communication.

Well priced and best of all, the level of communication was brilliant. The product was delayed in getting to company which delayed it being sent out.
During this time, I was sent regular emails with updates which was very much appreciated and a nice personal touch.
Will be using again.

Scam artist and compulsive liar

Scam artist and compulsive liar. You intentionally claimed products were selected at random. Yet 12+ customers didn’t receive one of the products that you claimed were selected at random from a case… that would be impossible given how many are in a case. You then claimed you would rectify it the proceeded to ghost me for 5 days until I took out a dispute via PayPal. Magically you emailed me back within less than an hour of the dispute, telling me I was welcome to go ahead with the dispute but “I’d never win” ( PayPal had already refunded me instantly) this is the problem with these bedroom dealers. Think they can do you over to profit over you however, always comes back to bite you. Happy to see other people are calling you out for it.

* edit you’ve gone on to say you were in hospital? Yet when you emailed me you said you’d been so busy with work, so continuing to invent more lies. You also keep saying these were selected at random but I still have our initial communication in which I told you the two I wanted which you said you had no problem with and would make note of it in the order. More proof that you invent lies and change stories to try project the narrative you want people to see. Also there are not 100 of these in a case.

To clarify a few points:

The product listing clearly stated that designs were randomly selected and not guaranteed. This was reiterated in both the description and store policies. With over 100 customers and three available designs, it is statistically possible that a number of people may not have received the exact one they were hoping for — but this does not indicate foul play.

I understand your frustration, especially regarding the delay in communication. I want to sincerely apologise — I was in hospital and unable to access emails during that time. While it was out of my control, I still take responsibility for the lack of updates and apologise for the inconvenience it caused.

In regard to the PayPal dispute, I did not respond "within an hour." The refund was processed by PayPal after review and much deliberation with the customer service team, and due to the circumstances and the listing terms (which explicitly stated that designs were random), they resolved the case without penalty to my account; and refunded you out of good faith assuming that you had not read the product description. I had mentioned I would try to accommodate your design request, but made no guarantee — again, as clearly stated in the product listing.

I apologise that you are not happy with your experience, however I hope you are now a bit happier, given that you have been able to keep the products and receive a full refund.

Avoid !!

Seriously disappointed with this company. Ordered some Paldean Fates tins on June 21st, and after a small delay, they said it would ship out that day or the following. I then had to reach out a week later as I had still not received the tins or any tracking information, they’d finally replied on the 5th July stating they could ship them out that day. It’s now the 14th July and I have still not received the tins and my order has still not been updated so it’s clear they have not been shipped out. I have sent 4 emails requesting an update, all have been ignored. At this point I’m just wanting a refund but am unable to sort that as I’m just being ignored.
I’d avoid this company, from the other reviews and messages I have received from other people it’s clear I’m not the only one this has happened to.

Data Breaches and Over 2 weeks to recieve

Firstly he committed 2 data breaches with my data and everyone else's as well. Then it was delayed postage for a few days because of awaiting shipping materials... ok whatever. It then got delayed by a further 4 days because he was too busy to post and on the day he tried the machines were down. Communication slow or not at all on email. He eventually posts Saturday... apparently... thats what he and others tell me. No tracking. Had to ask twice. Tracking shows its not been posted. He says its RM error. It took him a further week to post my item. 31st May i placed order and 16th June i recieved it.

Thank you for your feedback, and I'm really sorry to hear that you weren't happy with your experience.

Firstly, regarding the data breach claim — this was a human error involving an email where recipients were not BCC’d. This resulted in a limited number of clients seeing each other's email addresses. The issue was immediately acknowledged, self-reported to the ICO, and after their investigation, they confirmed no further action was necessary.

Secondly, regarding the delay, I completely understand the frustration, and I deeply apologise for the inconvenience caused. However, the half booster boxes you ordered were clearly marked as delayed in the product description and this was reiterated in multiple announcements. They were expected to ship in the second week of June. Whilst we actually received the stock slightly earlier and aimed to send them out sooner, we unfortunately encountered a series of shipping issues, including technical problems at the post office.

Despite the delays, your order was dispatched within the communicated timeframe — the second week of June — and arrived on the Monday following that for a small number of customers.

Furthermore, I apologise for the lack of communication. We can definitely improve on this and it is something that we have been working on.

High Quality New TCG Shop

I Ordered 2 Journey Together Half Boxes and the experience was mostly smooth, I encountered some errors on the website but after speaking directly with the owner, the problem was resolved promptly. I was kept informed throughout the entire process, from purchase to delivery, and overall everything ran smoothly. I'm very happy with my purchase, and will likely be buying more from them in the future
