I did not ralize these were not real wood. There was no mention of the slats are an image wrapped around a MMDF core.

Customer service was top notch on our special order. We ended up being short 4 tiles and they came through with flying colors. The ceiling tiles are FABULOUS in our office turned Pub.

Amazing product. It looks spectacular shimmers different colors , like a prism in light.

Well the fact that I first ordered from you about 5 years ago back splash for my kitchen, (I finally am well enough to redo my kitchen) I put up the peel and stick tiles it looked beautiful, however I ran out so had to order more and to my surprise you still carried the same tiles I was using ( it was renamed, but the same color and style) so I ordered more!! Thank you

Honestly I received the wrong color of a product I purchase ,BUT when I informed the company by email, they promptly responded and are making arrangements to send the correct item. Much appreciated. Seems like a solid company.

Despite the shipping company delivering packages that got damaged, Art3d made sure to promptly send replacements and made the whole experience less stressful. They always respond and are quick and easy to work with.

Purchased the Wood acoustic wall panel and LED strip lighting. Looks amazing! During the installation, we had to reglue a few of the slats back onto the foam backing. (I thought they would have assembled better.) We also had to apply additional tape to the LED strips to prevent them from falling off (as they did several times). We had envisioned adding shelving to accent the wall. Due to the width between each of the slats, it was difficult to find a shelf bracket or shelving to fit. We reached customer service (only by text) to receive a reply to get a custom bracket made. The company's focus is ONLY on the panels and LED lighting! I wish we had known this before our purchase.

The only thing I feel would improve your product is to have the interlocking tabs more flexible (more elastic than plastic) Several tabs were broken during shipment, and a few were broken by stacking half hazardly while assembling.

Excellent delivery and service for the price point. Ordered some acoustic wall panels and they were in good shape when delivered. The quality is pretty good for the price.

Paid for my order and 10 days later it was not shipped. Once Art3d was notified, they discovered their error but instead of upgrading my shipment (as promised), they shipped it ground. VERY poor customer service.

The tile is high quality and totally changed our kitchen. We are not DYI people but handyman said easy to install. Do not hesitate to purchase this tile.
