Trustworthy

I recommend. Although Art & Craft is in Belgium, they deliver our tv in the Netherlands according to the agreement. We are pretty happy with their service and product sold.

Excellent service during the easter…

Excellent service during the easter holiday (thanks Thomas for the follow-up).
Only item was their external parcel service delivery partner (dynalogic) which kept on promising they were on the road to deliver only to cancel the delivery after 22PM). All items are now delivered ; not A&C's fault so still 5* for them.

Great shopping experience!

my shipment was lost by Bpost (not the fault of Art&Craft). Art&Craft really helped me and send me a new shipment with another delivery company and made sure I got my order! Support was really helpful and friendly!

We ordered a fridge-freezer from Art &…

We ordered a fridge-freezer from Art & Craft, against advice from friends who said delivery is horrible. They were right: the delivery guys (who spoke no Dutch) refused to take the old fridge-freezer with them (even though it was disconnected and put right next to the door).

Art & craft was unhelpful in dealing with them. They arranged another delivery time, as if this is a minor hiccup. For me it means taking another day off, and throwing lots of food in the bin.

Update: after some phoning back and forth Art & craft recognized their mistake. The delivery guys came back the other day, I had to take the old fridge out to the doorstep and the new one in (hell of a job). As a compensation Art & craft offered an extended warranty of 3 additional years. I increased my rating from 1 to 3 stars in response.
