I have been in the shops and I love all the beautiful individual items so I knew if I ordered online it would be perfect. The bracelet is very pretty and the pulse balm will be useful for my friend. The website was easy to navigate and the items arrived quickly

I ordered cards and a dog bag holder item (plus some wrapping paper).
The items were delivered really swiftly and were really lovely. The wrapping paper was unavailable and the owner emailed me and refunded the amount promptly and kept in touch re this. Will be using again!

Would not buy from again. The photos on the website are not what you receive in certain cases (mine!). I purchased a mug with a mouse, as shown on the photo, or so I thought. What I got was something completely different and their responses were less than favourable. Offered for me to return, but that's not what I wanted. Seems that the item I did want was not in stock. Had they told me that I would have cancelled the order. I definitely would not buy from these people again and definitely would not recommend to friends and family. Be aware. What you see is not what you get.

Lovely staff, lovely store but was a bit disappoined with my terranium. Seemed like more care could have be taken to give it better appeal but still nice enough.

Loved this shop from the first time we went in. Our new home in Beverley has many stunning prints from Art & Soul and weve had jewellery too.
Whenever friends come we take them to Art and Soul and its always met with a "WOW" usually followed by a purchase from the beautiful collections of prints, paintings, jewellery, arts and crafts etc, all beautifully individually made.
Love the ethos, and really happy to find they have an online shop too.
The staff are welcoming, knowledgeable and go out of their way to help.

The felt scarf I ordered online is exactly as described. Customer service is excellent - I'd sent an email asking for more photos of the scarf, and I received them at 9am the following morning. I'm delighted with my purchase and I'd happily recommend Art & Soul to anyone.

Ordered item on line after seeing it in Hull store. Excellent service - received, safely packaged, in the post in 2 days. Kept up to date via email. Some interesting pieces available. Would thoroughly recommend.
