why my previous comment was removed?
horrible experience.

After 2 weeks they still didn’t send my order. Just awful.

After several research on different provider, i decided to choose this company that was offering the same price but offering a pillow in gift with the mattress order.
Mattress has been receive in normal delivery time without the pillow.
I decide to contact the shop regarding this issue (that didn't answer and need to be ask again).
The customer service answer very aggresivly saying that it was not in the description but just in the photo and they don't have to comply.
I answered by saying that is false advertising and that is not correct.
The customer service answer by threataning me saying if i decide to complain (or let bad review) they would sue me for diffamation.
I answered that i was just looking for the pillow in gift or a formal excuse but due to the tone, i will let the review and inform anpc (done).
I wouldn't recommand this company due to the aggressive customer service (let's hope nobody will need the warranty)
Also after this discussion, they deleted the photo from the website saying they are offering the pillow

If require, i saved the photo of the promotional offer and the friendly conversation with them

După mai multe cercetări pe diferiți furnizori, am decis să aleg această companie care oferea același preț, dar oferind o pernă cadou cu comanda de saltea.
Salteaua a fost primita in timpul normal de livrare fara perna.
Decid să contactez magazinul în legătură cu această problemă (care nu a răspuns și trebuie să fie întrebat din nou).
Serviciul clienți răspunde foarte agresiv spunând că nu era în descriere ci doar în fotografie și nu trebuie să se conformeze.
Am răspuns spunând că este publicitate falsă și că nu este corectă.
Serviciul pentru clienți răspunde amenințăndu-mă spunând că dacă decid să mă plâng (sau să las o recenzie proastă) mă vor da în judecată pentru defăimare.
Am raspuns ca doar caut perna in cadou sau o scuza formala dar datorita tonului, voi lasa recenzia si o sa informez anpc (gata).
Nu aș recomanda această companie din cauza serviciului de clienți agresiv (să sperăm că nimeni nu va avea nevoie de garanție)
Tot după această discuție, au șters fotografia de pe site spunând că oferă perna

Dacă este necesar, am salvat fotografia ofertei promoționale și conversația amicală cu ei
