I deposited R$150 and played normally on the platform.
I accumulated approximately R$600 in legitimate winnings.

After withdrawing only my initial deposit, my account was closed while there was still remaining balance.

I did not violate any rules and there was no abuse on my account. Despite contacting support multiple times, I have not received a clear explanation or fair resolution.

This situation is extremely disappointing and unprofessional.

I hope the company resolves this issue transparently.
