Great tripod at an amazing price
I had some missing parts to my order, basically the box had been labelled wrong. As for the product itself it is very well made and I am very pleased with it. They only suggestion I have is to add a bubble level to the levelling bowl. Not normally an issues as tripod heads usually have there own but I do have a gimble head with no bubble. I have simply added my own to that head but it's just a suggestion.
The issues I had previously were with an agent selling on Artcise's behalf. After dealing with them direct the missing parts were sorted very quickly and the customer service has been fantastic.

Communication Lacked
Would have liked to have more engagement with customer service. I emailed a couple different email addresses and heard nothing back. Turnaround time was exactly like the shipping policy stated. Other than the communication, it was a great experience.
