variety of courses
Having a wide variety of courses made it a smooth transition for Thanaa from IGCSE at a mainstream school to online in Year 12. She is dedicated to each project and has learnt extra skills and hobbies. An example of this is. During her textile project she decided to learn how to crotchet.

Poor communication from tutor
Poor communication from tutor. Tutor left part way through the course. No clear outline of the course. No guidance on how my child is performing on the course.

We're sorry you had a bad experience; it's never what we want to hear. The tutor left due to poor health and while a new tutor was quickly assigned we understand your frustration. Our students progress to the best universities so the guidance is excellent but clearly your experience was unsatisfactory for you and for that we apologise. Your feedback will help us improve so thank you.
Loving Every Minute
My daughter is loving her foundation diploma with OCAD. Her tutor is really interested in what she is doing and encourages her to think above and beyond. I look forward to seeing what she is going to produce next.

My son is completing his art and design course …
My son is busy completing his online studies in Art and Design. He has found the online experience very satisfying and his lecturers Anne and Jo have been fantastic. I would highly recommend OCAD. The learners are encouraged to be independent but still have the support of the online tutors daily. It's a great start to your child's initiation into tertiary education.

While in the foundation diploma for Fine Art and Design.
While in the foundation diploma for Fine Art and Design, the tutors have been helping me through the course work, answering any questions and giving regular feedback. Something that has proven to be rewarding is expanding on new topics. It has pushed my creativity, leaving more learning opportunities. I truly appreciate the time my tutor has taken with me.
