Someone needs to stop this crap! Ordered from them 4 months ago..getting nothing from them except coming from China and no tracking updates. Scam for sure!!!!

Exact same thing happened to me. I was scammed. Ordered from and they sent my order to China.
Received a fake tracking number in Chinese and they told me that the Chinese company that they own sent it out, but had to retrieve it because it was 'stained'. Why did they send out stained merchandise?
I contacted Paypal and at first they declined the claim, then I pled with them to reopen it. They are now researching. I'm going to have to kiss my 40 bucks away because Paypal won't do anything.
This has been going on for well over a month.
Do not order from this company. Their phone rings and rings or I get a recording saying the number is out of order. I was emailing them every day, now I am receiving undeliverable emails back.
How these people can have a clear conscience about stealing and scamming people, I will never know.
It's upsetting and frustrating.

Never received tracking information or item. They refuse to give shipping information. Order was placed over two months ago. They have emailed me a few different stories - order was stained so they retrieved it, order is in transit, order is being processed.

Echoing was all others are saying. Notice how all these reviews popped up right around the holidays? This site obviously popped up for the holidays and is a complete scam. Ordered 2 items early Dec, just received 1 of the items yesterday 1/14/20. The print I ordered is absolutely terrible in quality! Completely useless product. The 2nd item is still in China (based on the tracking number) with no further info. Cannot contact seller because phone and email don't work. Disputed with PayPal and they denied the dispute because the seller provided a tracking number and sent one of the items I ordered. No recourse at this point because you cannot contact the seller for refunds. Complete Scam.

Worst website ever. Scam artists. I ordered with PayPal and they won’t even help me get my money back. I ordered a month ago and tried to cancel it the same day when I realized that this probably wasn’t even legit with no response. After I submitted a dispute, the company said they’re sending the products from China. That was two weeks ago and it still says it’s in China. Called PayPal to get assistance and they won’t do anything. Closing my PayPal account since they’re just as worthless as this scam website.

This is a well orchestrated scam that cost me $60 with no means to investigate or recover. Visa was no help and i've had words with them about continuing to support this ring of thieves, but to no avail. PLEASE don't fall for this scam ...

Same thing as everyone else only I received my Guitar Chord Canvas which was to be a Christmas gift to my son and the print is so bad it is unreadable. Like taking a 3x5 photo and blowing it up to a 24x36. Absolute garbage and unusable. Oh and the framed canvas is a crock. Frame is in 8 pieces and I have yet to figure out how you would assemble it to make it work. This product will literally be thrown in the garbage.

Luckily I paid for my order with Paypal and they are investigating. This company collected my money the day I ordered and I have still not received the item. This order was in processing until I filed a dispute with Paypal. The status then changed to "On hold" whatever that means. Now the status says completed. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE SCAM ARTISTS!
UPDATE: Paypal contacted the company and suddenly my order went from processing to on hold. Then it went to completed and I received the order a few days ago. It seems to be decent quality but I believe I only got it because Paypal told them they were investigating.

It finally came in. My product did arrive I was very surprised I really thought I had been scammed. It was about a month late They updated the email I had been sent to include a proper tracking number for the package.

Sounds like a lot of BS from Marvin below. Probably the scammer, scamming the scam as scammers do.

Well, I was wrong. The item for me came and was not scammed.

Please read my updates below. I have upgraded from 1 to 2 star. I initially ordered a large reproduction of a Disney "Hollywood Tower of Terror" poster, printed on faux-canvas material.

Original Review: Just like others, I am quite certain I have been scammed. I ordered a poster almost a month ago with "4-7 day delivery." Almost a month later, no poster. The Chinese tracking company they refer me to indicates that the last activity was 11 days ago when the product had supposedly been "processed" somewhere in China. There is no way to reach the company. Emails are not returned and their contact form on the website continues to say "error, try again later."

I'm a pretty savvy internet shopper, but I think I was bamboozled this time.

February 11: The poster finally arrived almost 2 months after my order. The poster was very well packaged and arrived undamaged. The material of the poster itself was of good durable quality, but the quality of the printing on the poster was not very good. It was blurry, and appeared as if the company tried to blow it up beyond the resolution of the original image they were using.

So I think a fair assessment of this company is that they are NOT a scam, are endeavoring to provide a decent product, but have not been able to yet master the complexities of their international retail business effort. I do wish them success, but could not recommend them to others at this point.

Stole my money and did not ship my order.

I wish there was a zero star button. Don't order anything from these people. I ordered a print from them and realized that I ordered the wrong size (19.95). I emailed them to cancel that order so that I could re-order the correct size print. (152.95)
Never got a response. I called them and left a message. Never received a response. Since it was only 20 bucks I went ahead and ordered the larger print. After Christmas I received the ugliest t-shirt I've ever seen. The art work was so bad I couldn't tell what it was. I put in a claim with paypal. They've been waiting weeks to hear from this scam company. I have not yet received the second order.

Bad experience with no customer service. Placed order at the beginning of December for two canvas prints. One arrived as a poster for Christmas. The other arrived after Christmas and was of terrible quality with paint errors in the print on the canvas. I have tried calling and phone is not working and I have sent several emails with no responses. Very unhappy about this company.

This is a criminal...stealing money. Total SCAM. DO NOT order anything from this site EVER. You will lose your money and there is no help available. They are thieves and lowlifes.

I also was scammed by HO BA THANG & artdecorhome. Same problem the other posts have reported.

I too have been scammed. Ho Dien Dan name is on my receipt. I used my Discover card. My order says still says processing since 12/14/19. I've tried to call and it's busy all hours of the day. I emailed and no response. This makes me sick and sad.

So unfortunately I didnt read the reviews before I attempted to purchase my poster. I too have had no response from the numerous emails I've sent and when I call their number is not a working number. I didnt use PayPal but just my credit card. How do I go about getting a refund if they wont answer my emails? Help!

Have had the same results with the company as most They will not answer you when you email them and their website contact doesn’t work and the phone number rings busy placed my order on 12/5/2019 haven’t heard from them since When I put in a claim for a refund with pay pal after several attempts to make contact with them they changed my order status to on hold and it has been that way for about a week now and just now noticed that after Christmas they put a Vietnam address for the company address
