quadro ok, ma il corriere lo ha danneggiato!
Ho comprato una riproduzione di un quadro famoso 50x100 con cornice, per una somma di 189 €. Il quadro è ok e di buona qualità ma l'imballo è scadente, il corriere lo ha bucato e per un pelo non si è bucato anche il quadro (che comunque ha una "bugna" nel punto critico).
Per una cifra del genere dovete consegnare i quadri ad un corriere più serio oppure imballarli in modo più rigido.
###Update### (+1 stella):
dopo la mia protesta scritta e con documentazione fotografica, hanno sostituito il quadro rispedendolo senza costi aggiuntivi. Il corriere (BRT), quasi da non crederci, ha bucato di nuovo il pacco, e solo per miracolo non ha danneggiato il quadro sostitutivo.
Quindi il mio riassunto è: buoni prodotti, spedizione da migliorare molto. Va bene sostituire, ma il cliente deve protestare, attendere in casa il corriere con il prodotto sostitutivo, disimballarlo, etc...
