Masterpiece. Outstanding workmanship. The junction box is different from the ones in NY, ( probably in all of the US). I recommend informing the customers from abroad that the box may be smaller.

Months late and damaged
HORRIBLE. I ordered two items totalling over $8,000. Both were delivered months late and damaged. Artemest's US contact number is disconnected, and they are very difficult to get ahold of. I STRONGLY suggest shopping elsewhere

Excellent Post Sales Experience
I had received my plates and it had some chips and it was obvious looking at the packaging box that it was because if the shippers. I immediately informed Artemest and I got a quick response from Arianna of Post-Sales and Customer Relationship Team who was an absolute angel. she was very thoughtful, accommodating, and worked in the replacement as soon as possible. even though I was going through some personal stuffs and at that time didn’t care for the plates, she made sure the items got replaced knowing. it will cheer me up. she provided me with constant updates. Great brand
Dear all, the brand is great, the art is fantastic. The vase I ordered looked gorgeuous on the website. But in the reality the color didn't match with the color I saw on the website.

The ceramic items that I ordered are quite unique and I am very pleased. I am also pleased with the packaging, snuggly and safely wrapped. Unfortunately the wrap was plastic instead of a biodegradable product.
