Extremely disappointing experience with…

Extremely disappointing experience with Artemis as the supplier.

At the time of ordering, delivery was promised within 3–5 days. In reality, we waited 3 weeks with absolutely no communication or updates.

When my husband called to ask about the delivery, the woman on the phone became rude, started raising her voice, and then hung up on him. Completely unacceptable behaviour and incredibly unprofessional.

Instead of taking responsibility, Artemis and Debenhams just kept blaming each other. As a customer, you are left without any clear answers or support.

For a purchase of this value, this level of service is shocking. Poor communication, disrespectful customer service, and zero accountability.

I would not recommend Artemis to anyone. Avoid if you expect basic customer service and reliability.

Artemis helped me

I bought two tub chairs from Artemis through the Debenhams website in July 2024. Unfortunately a few days over the 6 month period of complaint that Debenhams allow, one chair began to split on a corner. Debenhams were unable to help so I wrote to Artemis. The day the letter arrived I received a call from Artemis who stated the chair was in warranty and they would replace it but I had to go through Debenhams. After explaining this to Debenhams but hearing nothing I telephoned Artemis. They said this was not good enough and sent me another chair. They could not have been more helpful. The chair arrived exactly when promised so thank you Artemis for your help.

Bought a leather 3 seater sofa …

Bought a leather 3 seater sofa from them 8 months ago, didn't realise it was made in China or I would of steered clear, after 8 months, the filling is gone where I normally sit making it a complete waste of money.

Worst company ever

Worst company ever! We received two chairs and foot stools with dark brown legs. On the b&q web site they were light pine legs. After 3.5 months and many faulty and damaged legs I gave up. Took £100 refund. Communication with this company was arrogant and unbuttered. We are now getting a carpenter to sort out legs. Never again.

Please do not buy furniture from this…

Please do not buy furniture from this company. They produce poor quality goods. My daughter bought two sofas from this company via the Range Marketplace. After two months the sofas developed faults (sagging seats, cushions sliding out of place). The company sent out a furniture specialist from Emmira Group to inspect the sofas who were apparently independent. The furniture specialist said there was no manufacturing fault and tried to blame my daughter for sitting in the middle of the sofa. My daughter then encountered a further fault with one of the sofas as the leg had snapped, however the company refused to look into this further and said that my daughter needed to provide a report from an independent furniture specialist. She paid £200 for this and the specialist confirms that were multiple faults with the sofas. After sending the report to the company they still said this was not enough sufficient evidence of a manufacturing fault. It was only when my daughter made a court claim that they agreed to refund the amount for the two sofas. My daughter is still out of pocket for the furniture specialist report, the court claim fee and the damage to her laminate flooring due to faulty leg. I would not want another customer to go through this trouble.
