We shifted from the Nilgiris to Tiruchirapalli.
The packing and loading was Spot ON. Excellent packing and loading done with care.
The unloading at Trichy and delivery was prompt too

I had a nightmare experience with Artemis Relocations. I paid INR 78,000 for a move from Bangalore to the US. They promised delivery in 3 months, but I only received my goods after 8 months. During this time, they kept extending timelines and then stopped responding.

I was forced to pay an additional USD 820 and USD 190 in storage charges because of their silence and delays. Part of the USD 820 was for a delivery location change, which they had earlier confirmed would be free of charge while the shipment was at sea. Instead, they went back on their word and left me to deal with their US liner, who threatened storage charges if I refused to pay.

Mr. Rakesh from Artemis is a con. They make false promises, hide costs, and then ghost you once they get your money. I can share all chats and emails to prove this. Please do not fall into their trap.

I wished I could write a supportive review about Artemis, a shipping company I recently used (April-May 2025), but my experience was far, far from positive. In fact, it was very bad.
To make a long story short, the boxes used by Artemis may only be good for SEA shipment, but we had to send our stuff via AIR mail. Their boxes were too weak for that. Three boxes of books were 23 KG and three of them collapsed on the way. Other boxes were less heavy but most of them collapsed. What could break, broke beyond repair, what could be smashed, as above.
Rakesh, the manager of Artemis Chennai branch could not care less about the strength of the boxes. I sent him a photo of the boxes which collapsed, some were repaired on the way and some arrived open, and yet he failed to respond, or say sorry. After a FEW days he only said that they used the best material possible. Well, it is not good enough. What was also clear that despite packing (which seemed all right and the time), and the sign “Fragile” the boxes were not treated gently .Rakesh also failed to suggest that, perhaps, he will use better boxes in the future. When two boxes failed to arrive (after two weeks), Rakesh sent me a picture of the neighbour's house, suggesting that they boxes were delivered there. They were not, but eventually arrived.

The bad news is, moreover, that the other shipping company (suggested by Chandramuli) we used later, were not much better.

Prompt response. Professional packing. Punctuality can be improved further.

The shipment was so smooth and I really am very thankful to Mr. Rakesh who handled the transaction so smoothly from Chennai to Singapore. U will definable recommend him to everyone if you want an hassle free transaction.

We had shifted household articles from bangalore to chennai on 24 th dec.
They were neatly packed, loaded and unloaded by only 2 people at chennai today. The whole job was cool and well done.

Two months before,I moved from Cuddalore to Chennai, they behaved honestly; the packaging was in good condition, and they delivered it in a safe manner. They behave fairly for the money they pay.

Recently relocated from Bangalore to San Jose - USA and moved my house stuff through ARTEMIS RELOCATIONS, they did a fantastic packing and their team were very professional in handling the articles and they were very supportive till the delivery at destination.

Though the cargo was marginally delayed from their committed delivery time frame, I was kept on given updates via mails and delivered with zero damages.

I will use them again and will recommend them for my near and dear ones who move to USA.
