The mirror is great but way too expensive for what it is

Building my mirror was a breeze. Deliver was as promised. I did email with questions and received prompt responses. I am very pleased with the mirror. I don't use the blue tooth feature that I added but the kids do, so I guess it was worth it. Don't use the mirror as a primary light source unless you have a small bathroom. Thankfully we also had recessed lights installed. Completely satisfied with the mirror and my experience.

Part of the mirror arrived damaged and customer service will not replace if it refund! Part of the makeup mirror light is detached. Been going back and forth with customer service for months. I just want a working light and they want me to keep a broken one.

I have to admit I was skeptical because of how good the price was. With no showroom to see the product in person, I was scared! But I am completely converted! My mirrors were just installed are absolutely beautiful! Exactly as shown on the site and look very high quality. The color and quality of the light is superb. The shipping and delivery experience was quick and painless. I would highly recommend this company.

Good service for ordering and delivery. Bit disappointed with the "clock & weather station" digital display that I ordered for my bathroom mirror. At normal viewing range (brushing hair, make up, shaving etc) the unlit digits are very visible and make the display confusing to read. Also, the mirror heater proximity switch can be triggered by direct sunlight. My heater is often inadvertantly on for many hours because of this.

This company were exceptional! I experienced an issue and the customer care team did everything to help. Eventually a solution was found. I cannot fault the product, the delivery schedule and assistance throughout!

Received two custom mirrors weighing over 73 lbs each. One mirrors light stopped working within 3 months. Contacted support and after three weeks they requested pictures and videos proving the lights are out, they still have not replaced the mirror, and they insist I provide proof that I destroyed the mirror before they replace it.
Update 10/13/22 Customer service promised a replacement mirror. I no longer needed to prove the defective mirror was destroyed. Being an international company I guess they have a fair amount of fraud. I did cut the defective mirror apart and found a poor connection on the main board. This can sometimes happen with electronics. Unfortunately this was one of mine. It will cost me to have it hauled away. Update 10/21/2022 I received the replacement mirror yesterday. It was packaged very very well and the shipping company was right on time. I got it installed and it looks and works great. I would suggest if you get a large (heavy) mirror that you use an alternative method to hang it. Drywall anchors did not work for this 60 inch mirror. Thanks to Olga and Martyna in customer service for getting my defective mirror replaced.

Bought a battery powered wall mounted L02 for the bathroom. Mirror arrived earlier than was initially advertised and come very well packaged. It was easy enough to mount and the L shaped hooks are really robust and so you dont have to worry about the mirror coming off the wall which is what you want when you're shelling out a couple of hundred notes. It looks fantastic when lit. I had a few questions prior to buying it, to make sure it was going to be suitable and they were pretty helpful and answered them via email. Cant fault them and will use again.

Purchased 2 mirrors. The mounting hardware supplied is insufficient to carry the weight of the mirrors. Our studs are not aligned in the wall where we want the mirror and the L hooks and wall anchors provided to mount in drywall will not support the weight. Trying to come up with alternative mounting solutions. Very disappointing given the cost.

Beautiful Mirror!

I didn't realize it was shipping from Poland. It arrived with no problems. However, I was told to not accept it until I inspected it. DHL never gave me the chance...they just left it in front of my garage. Fortunately, there was no problem. I did have a few questions and the customer service was incredible, answering them promptly. One thing I would recommend is that Artforma sends a better email after the order is submitted, confirming receipt of the order and delivery details.
