Challenging to mount on the annoying hooks
Mounting on two simple hooks is very frustrating - to drill the holes exactly level and straight (so that the hooks are not angled), to screw the hooks in (if you do not have good pliers, you will not be able to), to get the wall distance right (one turn is about 3mm, you cannot really make the hooks equal distance), then to actually hang the mirror on that. The bottom of the mirror is hanging freely, wobbling - we will have to fix it by a tape.
For the very premium price I would expect a wall piece with the lighting screwed to the wall with some more convenient way to attach the mirror (side screws?) - like you get on some better lights.
We managed to mount it perfectly but it took literally hours and we feel quite experienced doing such things.
We paid for the more expensive Philips LED option but the light is quite dim, even on a clear white wall - not suitable as the only source of light.
I feel that the web presentation of the product is simply much better than the product itself. The product is not too bad but not as expected for the high price.

We sincerely apologize for any difficulty you encountered during the installation. However, we'd like to highlight that both the mirror and the correct installation method are clearly presented in our paper instructions, on our website, and through our YouTube channel.
All our mirrors are designed to be mounted using hangers and screws. When the hanging is done according to our recommendations, the mirror should be stable, and the installation process should not pose any challenges. In fact, it's possible to install the mirror independently.
Regarding the lighting concerns, it's important to note that you chose the L58 AmbinetLine mirror model, as per the specifications on our website. This model does not feature front lighting but instead has decorative backlighting behind the mirror. It should not be interpreted as the PremiumLine version, which provides facial illumination.

Na zadní straně zrcadla, na ramínkách a na první straně návodu je informace, že po zavěšení zrcadla nebudou reklamace z důvodu mechanického poškození uznány.

Ordering process was easy. Arrived well packaged. The mirror is very nice. The blue tooth speaker sound quality is not the best, but good enough for a bathroom. The mirror was as specified which was quite large for our bathroom space. I think the price was fair for the size and quality. Thank you.
