I have ordered four LED mirrors with wifi weather station. I liked that they take delivery dates seriously. However they would seriusly need to improve their adminsitration, as I ordered for a company and even though I have compelted the form correctly they managed to have my name on bills, contrary to what was asked. Also the protective covering foil in which they deliver is a nightmare. It took for me and my husband 30 minutes to remove it from a 100x110cm mirror. Afterwards it also took 1 hour to clean the remaining sticky glue. Very disappointing. I would have loved to also recieve via email an instruction manual, including details about setting the wifi weather station. We found it on their original language website but not on the Hungarian one.

Low quality
The communication and delivery was great. But the quality of the product is inadequate. The mirror what I have ordered distort. I have asked for a change from the Artforma, but they replied that they don't have better mirror, so I had to withdraw from the purchase. In this way the site of the Artforma is misleading also, because it is not indicated on the website that their mirrors are distorted. I am very disappointed with this brand.

The mirror we ordered arrived in good condition and within the promised timeframe. The only concern is with the mirror itself, as it was not described that you cant separately turn light on for the cosmetic mirror but together with the entire mirror.
