I have not received any assistance to resolve the issue.
It is very disappointing that I have not even received an acknowledgement of this complaint.

Bathroom mirror
Ordered a very large mirror for the bathroom. The first one arrived badly damaged, but after filling in the form on their website, was told that a replacement will be sent free of charge. The replacement arrived in a week and their customer service was quick and efficient. The mirror is exactly as ordered. Highly recommend this company!

Great support
I had a problem with the demister and a small part of the failing LEDs. Unexpectedly, they've offered to send me a replacement mirror for free, turning a negative feeling into a more positive one.
While getting a free replacement feels good, their willingness to make a bad situation right is very commendable and rare
