I read the size chart and I ordered a women's raincoat in size Large. After a 14 day wait, I finally received the coat. The coat had been shipped from China. Its shipping label said it was men's clothing which was incorrect. The raincoat was so small that I couldn't button the front of the coat.
I emailed support@arthurhendon and requested a return shipping label. Their first reply offered a replacement. I replied that I needed a return label. They responded that I should send photos of myself holding up the coat. Also the photos should not be attachments, but should be pasted inside the email.
After sending the photos in an email, I received a duplicate message asking for photos again. I responded with another email insisting on full refund.
Here is their exact explanation of their shipping policy:
"After reviewing your case, below are the available options for resolution. Please feel free to choose whichever works best for you:
🔸 Option 1 – 15% Partial Refund
You're welcome to keep the item and receive a 15% partial refund on your order. No return is required, making this the quickest and easiest option available.
🔸 Option 2 – Return for a Full Refund
If you'd prefer a full refund, you may return the item to our international fulfillment center in China. Please note that return shipping costs (typically $40–$50 USD) are the customer's responsibility, as outlined in our Return & Exchange Policy.

🔸 Option 3 – One-Time Free Replacement
If you'd prefer a replacement, we're happy to offer a one-time free replacement at no additional cost. You may choose a different item from our store, provided it is the same price or lower in value than your original purchase.
Please note that we are unable to process a replacement for an item that is priced higher than the original item purchased. The replacement item must be of equal or lesser value, and this replacement option is limited to one time per order.

Just for fun, I checked FEDEX International return rates and it would cost $250 to return the item. Out of the question. I chose a 15% partial refund from them. Never again will I order from them.
