I am really pleased with my experience and the product…

I am really pleased with my experience at Articture. We ordered a Stripe Line Wall Light multi-color and while the light is very good quality, after installing, the light choices of which there are many, were just not for me. I contacted customer service and they have been very understanding, wanting me to be happy with the purchase and are replacing the fixture at my request with a warm light version. I'm sure many people would love the multi-color options but it just wasn't what I'd hope for.

Reputable Company

Product was good quality and exactly as represented. Customer service months after the purchase was top notch and by far the easiest, I have ever dealt with. Will be buying from them again.

Beautiful project and great service

Beautiful project and great service! We placed a large order of vinyl wall panels, several months ago. We got our order quickly. The installation finally recently happened! It was delayed due to construction timing. Dealing with Keith has been an absolute pleasure! We had some damaged panels which we needed to be replaced to complete our project. We should be receiving them in a couple weeks. I wish I could post pictures! What a way to make our great room a unique and beautiful space. Thanks Keith for all your help!!

Q’s Phenomenal Service

Q’s has been wonderful to work with. I’ve been working with him for the past couple of years, and his customer service has been nothing short of fantastic. He is always professional, responsive, and genuinely committed to making sure everything is handled the right way.

Whenever I’ve made mistakes with my orders, he’s been incredibly patient and accommodating. Most recently, I ordered the wrong bed size sheets, and he took the time to help me get everything corrected quickly and smoothly. He never makes the process stressful and always goes above and beyond to make sure I’m taken care of.

It’s rare to find someone so dependable and dedicated to great service. I truly appreciate his attention to detail and willingness to help.

Best comforter I’ve ever had

Best comforter I’ve ever had. Just like the picture except that actually sleeping with it makes it better. It’s gorgeous, soft, high quality, classy, original. Love love love. You never have to re-fluff it because of the way it’s stitched. I’m now looking at all the other beautiful items on their website

I had a very disappointing experience…

I had a very disappointing experience with Articture regarding order #121024.

After placing my order, a representative from the company called me and told me that they did not have enough materials available to fulfill the order and said he would call me back to confirm the situation. Unfortunately, that follow-up call never happened. When I tried calling back multiple times, my calls were no longer answered.

Because of the lack of communication and the information provided by their representative, I submitted multiple cancellation requests. Instead of addressing the issue promptly, I received an email stating that the order was already in production and that they needed to “check with the fulfillment team” to see if cancellation was possible.

At this point, the situation feels extremely unprofessional. I attempted to resolve the issue directly with the company several times but received no meaningful response.

I have since disputed the charge with my credit card company and have formally notified the company that I will not accept delivery of the order.

Customers should be cautious when dealing with companies that do not communicate clearly or honor cancellation requests after their own representatives indicate there is a fulfillment issue.

At no point were you told that your order could not be fulfilled. Our team contacted you regarding material availability and advised that we would confirm the production schedule after checking with our manufacturing team. Your order was subsequently confirmed and moved into production within the stated timeline.

The product page clearly outlines that this item is made to order and requires a production period before shipping. Despite this, multiple cancellation requests were submitted after production had already begun, which normally makes cancellation impossible at that stage.

However, as a gesture of goodwill, we still agreed to cancel the order for you and process the cancellation.

We always aim to communicate clearly and resolve concerns directly, and we wish you had allowed us the opportunity to finish addressing this before escalating the situation.

Bad experience and not a good product

I ordered a set of Silverware for my daughter on January 14; many delays and promises of delivery with the reason that they had moved their warehouse. We finally get the set delivered March 5 to our dismay after waiting nearly two months that they had sent the wrong color.
The quality of the product was not what appeared to be in the website. My daughter said that a similar set can be found for about half of the price at Walmart. I paid about 109$ for a set of 16 pieces. I expected something nicer and while I was ok with a little bit of delay, two months is unacceptable when the promise was a ten-day delivery window.

Regarding the color issue, it appears there was a fulfillment mistake with your shipment. This is not typical, and had we been contacted we would have immediately arranged a replacement to ensure you received the correct item.

In terms of quality, our silverware sets are made from stainless steel and designed to provide durability and a modern finish. While there may be lower-priced alternatives available in large retail stores, our pricing reflects the specific finish, packaging, and design offered through our store.

We always encourage customers to contact our support team so we can resolve any concerns quickly, and we would still be happy to assist if you would like help correcting the issue with your order.

Articture Corrected my Problem

UPDATE: To be fair. The ownership of Articture reached out to me by telephone returned call to advise me that the order confirmation had stated a delivery time of 5-6 weeks, something I had missed. I was further informed this morning that the order had shipped. Accordingly, I retract the recount of my earlier experience. In fairness to me, customer service should have responded earlier too my inquiries, but All is well that ends well. And thank you to Articture management to resolving my problem.I ordered a small lamp on 19 February 2026 which still has not been received on 5 March 2026. The order tracking only shows the order received but no shipping progress since then. Chatbot requests for answers have been ignored, phone calls to various numbers only answer with voicemail and promise for callback within 24 hours never happens. Looks like this is a scam company, despite some of the positive Trustpilot reviews.

Receive my down comforter on time love…

Receive my down comforter on time love the product. The quality is number perfect and it looks beautiful on my bed all the detail everything very very happy with it. In fact I’m so happy that I just ordered a second one so thank you guys so very much for making a top quality bedding. Also looking forward to receiving my pillows. Can’t wait.

Amazing Fau-Fur Rabbit

We received a sample book from them to…

We received a sample book from them to choose the make and color of panels we installed on a very tall hallway wall. Their assistance in helping us choose was outstanding, followed up by even better service in ensuring our order was placed promptly and making sure delivery was accomplished quickly. We could not be happier with the service and the product! We will use them next time!

I ordered and paid almost $1,000 for 4…

I ordered and paid almost $1,000 for 4 exterior light fixtures in early September for an exterior renovation. On the website they were described as having the electrical connection in the middle of the fixture. When we went to install, the connection was not in the middle and there was no cover for the junction box, leaving exposing gaps. They also came with a remote control for which there were no instructions. I wanted to return them and got the runaround for a month, before they agreed to accept them back. They received the lights back on November 12, and I have yet to receive a refund. Emails since December 12 inquiring as to why the refund is taking so long have gone unanswered. It appears I am out $1,000. Their products look great, but I will never order from them again. Buyer beware!
Update: After posting my review I did finally receive my refund. It is a shame that I had to post a negative review to get resolution.

SCAM COMPANY, positive reviews are fake.

Clearly a scam company when you see that all the drop shippers on Reddit are using the company. I placed an order that never arrived and their only resolution pathway is a phone call. They DO NOT ANSWER THEIR PHONE. The Chat bot never responded. AVOID THIS SCAM COMPANY.

Exceptional Warmth, Quality, and Comfort — Worth the Research

My wife and I have owned several down and feather comforters over the years, mostly budget options from large department stores. After our daughter moved out and took our old duvet with her, we found ourselves back in the market for a new one. With winter approaching—and after purchasing and returning a couple of duvets from Amazon—we decided to slow down, do our research, and really go down the rabbit hole to find a high-quality goose down duvet.

I initially went back and forth on several factors: Hungarian vs. Canadian down, single-weight vs. multi-set duvets, and overall construction quality. After speaking with Keith at Ariticture, everything became much clearer. He took the time to explain important details like TOG rating, fill power, down percentage, and general duvet construction. (It’s worth noting that sourcing 100% pure down without any feathers is nearly impossible—Ariticture lists theirs at 95%, which is excellent.) That conversation gave me the confidence to move forward with their updated revision of the premium duvet, which shipped about three weeks later.

Once it arrived, I was genuinely impressed. The duvet does an outstanding job of regulating body heat, maintaining a comfortable, consistent temperature throughout the night. It’s warm without being stifling and cozy without ever feeling cold. The chambered construction keeps the down evenly distributed, and so far, we haven’t experienced any hot or cold spots at all.

My wife and I absolutely love this duvet. It’s clearly well-constructed, made from high-quality materials, and thoughtfully designed. I’m a big believer in buying products that are built to last, and this duvet checks every box. This was a great purchase and one I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Wonderful swervice

We have previously bought cutlery from Articture before and loved using it so we went back to the website to purchase more. Sarah online helped us to sort out our order and was more than happy to help us clarify colours for our purchase and to help adjust the order. Service was definitley a 10/10.

Great customer service

I'm in the process of ordering a sofa from them. The jury is still out on the quality since I haven't purchased it yet, but I wanted to talk about the customer service. I've been working with Keith and he's been amazing. Sending me whatever I need to make my choice. Really appreciate the attention he provides you and the no pressure way he approaches his sale. Highly recommend them.
