I have an older home and have been upgrading the locks, but I want one key to fit every door. I called them and Ricky was exceptionally helpful and Friendly over the phone. He had me read the key numbers and codes to ensure they would be able to re-key the lock for my existing key. I really appreciated that he didn’t want me to waste a trip.
When I arrived the shop was busy with people engaging in friendly conversation and laughing. Great atmosphere! Matt immediately offered to help me. Ricky quickly briefed him and Matt cheerfully went to work. A few minutes later he appeared with the re-keyed lock and demonstrated to me that it functioned perfectly with my old key. I paid a reasonable and fair fee for the amazing, friendly and competent service and was on my way; a new and very satisfied customer.
