Very rude company give your money to someone else who actually cares.

They state to email if you are unsure on sizing and then send back a rambling incoherent message about how they cannot provide custom sizing (when you didn’t ask for it.)

The quality is low and took almost two months to arrive.

Made the same experience, I had questions about an order, wanted to add items to my order, they acted rude and unprofessional, didn't answer my questions. I only wanted to buy something more and spending a lot of money, why are they getting rude towards the customer with no reason???

So rude and horrible for no reason. Had to select an invalid option as no option to order without picking one from a section which seemed to be there by error. Berated me for their error asking why I selected it. Told me my eyelets colour selection was wrong and that I needed to change it to gold. Sent all emails to my PayPal address not me entered address for the l rder and told me "maybe enter the correct email you use when ordering" paid extra for it be rush made. It was not. Was told that was my fault. Asked a few necessary polite questions and was told to direct all further correspondence to the courier as they will not be interacting with me anymore. I'm human there have been times I gave been gruff or rude in a low moment to someone this was not one if them. There is reason at all they communicated the way they did and I'm still shaking thinking about it. I just wanted to order their pretty things!

Literally refusing me service with a rude email because I sent more than one email asking for help. They didn't respond and eventually did with such an unprofessional , disgusting attitude
