Placed Order online and paid additional delivery charge for specific date. I called the customer service and spoke with gentleman informing the next day delivery service. He said let me check and get back to you. Never did and instead received email stating delivery 4 days later. Why are you charging additional if this service is not offered. Very bad service. Do not recommend this company and will be cancelling the order, if such service. Who knows the qulity of the artificial grass???

It arrived about 4/5 days later and the height is not as advertised it about half of it

I chose Artificial Grass GB because the website allowed me to order a custom 5m x 6.5m piece, so I reasonably expected to receive it as a single section.

The day after placing my order, I received a phone call advising that the grass would need to be supplied in two sections. I explained that, had I known this before ordering, I would have chosen a different supplier, particularly as there were cheaper alternatives available. I was told it would actually be better to deliver it in two sections and was asked to expect delivery within 8–10 days. Although I was disappointed, I accepted this. I was also advised that I would need to purchase the joining tape and adhesive myself because of the split.

Unfortunately, the service from that point onwards was extremely disappointing. Instead of both sections arriving together within the timescale I'd been given, only one section was delivered. The second section didn't arrive until a week later, leaving me with an incomplete order and preventing me from starting the installation.

When I contacted customer services after only one section had arrived, I was advised that there had been an issue at the depot. I appreciate that operational issues can happen, but I was disappointed that I had to chase for an explanation rather than being kept informed proactively. Throughout the process, I never felt that the inconvenience caused by the changes to my order and the subsequent delay was properly acknowledged.

I can't comment on the long-term quality of the grass yet as it hasn't been laid, and it arrived without any obvious damage. I hope the product itself lives up to expectations, but based on my experience of ordering, communication and delivery, I wouldn't choose this company again.

Really disappointed with the quality of the grass we received, its basically green lino. We ordered the 'super' lawn 20mm, not impressed at all. Cant see it lasting long. Plus a £99 delivery fee as well. Won't be using this company again unfortunately.
