From the quote stage through to installation and invoice this company have been a delight to have onboard. No sales pressure, and they even relaid the existing brick edging around the new lawn.
The installation was lead by Reece but everyone has been trained to such a high standard , polite, engaging and cleaned up thoroughly you wouldn’t know they had been……….. except for the immaculate lawn I now have 👍
I will be recommending to anyone who asks .

We are really pleased with the artificial grass and borders carried out in our garden recently.

All the builders were professional, hardworking, polite and had respect for us and our property.
The work was done to a high standard and on time, leaving everything in a good clean state at the end of each day.

Some minor changes were needed afterwards and there was no hesitation in addressing this quickly and effectively. It’s clear this firm takes pride in their work which should be applauded.

The company were extremely professional to deal with, from mark taking our first phone call to kev coming out to look at our garden.
They have a display at there office which really helped choose the grass due to the samples all being far to small to be comfortable with
After we decided to go with kev his team he sent in were so easy to work with , extremely polite and organised from start to finish. The porcelain laid was perfect and the quality of artificial grass was the best of all the samples we viewed. We had a slight issue with one side that hadn't stuck however this was rectified within 2 days from my initial complaint

This summer we contacted Kev about transforming the garden in our new home. Having previously had a front and back garden done in our old house, we knew we would be in good hands. Kev and the team bought our vision to life and completely transformed our garden from dangerous, cramped and full of leaves to a beautiful modern garden we could only have dreamed of! Hats off to Reece, Ben and the team for working flat out for two weeks, keeping us informed of anything they uncovered and offering expert opinions and advice. They won over our neighbours with their professionalism, were super friendly and cleaned up every evening. We couldn't be happier with our new garden, cant wait for summer to enjoy it with our family. Thanks to the whole team - will definitely be in touch for our front garden when the time comes, and would recommend to anyone.

Before any one employs this company, I suggest you think very carefully about it.
It was agreed at the outset that the resin would be laid onto tarmac- on the day they said it would be concrete as it would be better. So why was I told tarmac was better than concrete initially? By the time they’d dug the area out, I didn’t feel I could question it. Resin looked good- was a substantial amount (£20k worth) but then started to crack in places. Contacted the company several times who couldn’t even bother coming to look at it. After a ridiculous amount of calls, and every excuse under the sun, 18 months later they came out. Repaired the 2 issues but the repairs have broken down again and despite yet another round of phone calls, another stupid amount of excuses, they still haven’t come out.
Kevin sold the resin to me saying it was the excellent warranty I was getting which is why I went with them. They talk the talk but don’t come up with the goods. I have never heard so many pathetic excuses as to why they haven’t come out. They take your money and that’s where it ends. This is one company I would never have or recommend to anyone, despite me doing so initially. They really don’t want to know if there is a problem.

Kev and his team have been amazing from start to finish. Kev has been really easy to communicate with and booked us in quickly. He had a great range of samples to choose from. The team that fitted the grass were here before 7:30 and didn’t stop working the entire day. The grass is of an extremely high quality and seamless. Everyone has been professional and friendly throughout. Thank you so much!

Great service from Kev and his team. Turned up on time and got the job done to a high standard. The team were friendly and respectful of me and my wife and the property and left the garden immaculate. Love the 50mm artificial grass they laid which is a huge improvement on the dog damaged grass. Kev and the team have done an amazing job. This is the second property they have sorted the grass for me and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Polite and professional and the result makes me smile when I look out of the window.

Extremely disappointing. The gate they built (as part of a bigger job) has never worked, and although I flagged the issue immediately, I’ve spent 6 months trying to get it fixed. They gave me empty promises until I paid in good faith—after that, I was completely ignored. Just want this resolved.

Thanks to Kev and the team for doing a great job of cleaning the grass,which still looks like new after six years.

From when kev came round & gave us all the information about different artificial grass ,& what happens from the base to finish product we was full of confidence they would do a professional job & we wasn’t disappointed great quote absolutely fantastic job the 3 guys that turned up polite & not a bit of mess left just a beautiful lawn

A fantastic bunch of lads. Nothing was too much trouble, cleaned up at the end of every day, polite and courteous. Great ambassadors for the company.

This garden was booked in November 2021 for installation on 25th March, paying a deposit which was not asked for on the day of quotation. No one turned up on the 25th, eventually got a reason "forgot to put on planner" job rebooked for 28th to start 7.30 - 8am, again no one showed up, texted and was told 9am, not to go into too much as I am taking my issues further, job was not done as per original quotation, have tried to correspond with Kevin, but just receiving excuses

Amazing 👏 we are over the moon with our new grass !! Great job done so perfectly and in such a small amount of time we can't thank Kevin and his team enough!!

Artificial Grass & Turf Solutions were recommended to me, and I have to say they were all a joy to deal with from start to finish. From the quote appointment with Keven, to arranging a date to suit, and my questions to Emily in the office, (who was lovely and extremely helpful and patient), to the guys, led by Adam, turning up on the day of fitting the grass. I was a bit nervous about the guys having to come through my narrow kitchen to get to the garden, but they took it in their stride, and took care when going through the house. The guys were clearly experienced and tidied up after themselves.
I could not recommend them more highly, it was such a straightforward, smooth experience, and my new grass is looking great!
