Purchased two different style grass plants to go in my garden on 19th Aug 2025 - purchasing one of each to check they would look right. Had two wait weeks for delivery & had to email 5 times chasing the delivery so initially really poor service. They finally came on 10th September and I was actually really happy with the two styles so proceeded to purchase 7 of one style and 11 of another on the 17th September. I purchased the exact same products and waited patiently for them to arrive - yet again nothing. So I chased 3rd October - No reply. Chased again 10th October - Finally got a reply saying the large grass I ordered they don't have anymore and would I want a smaller one. I agreed and my order was sent and arrived on 12th November. None of the grasses matched what I had originally ordered!
Charlie picked up my email and said he would sort this out, this was back on the 17th November 2025.
Since then I have sent 8 emails to Charlie asking him to now just simply send me 1 of each grass to match the incorrect ones they sent. I've now had no response to my last two emails and quite frankly I've had enough of this company who clearly don't care about customer service. They are just buying stock in from anywhere when they get orders in from customers - very very poor

"I placed an order with The Artificial Plants Shop London in August 2025. The full amount was deducted from my credit card immediately. It has now been over 4 months, and I have still not received my order.
I have exchanged several emails with their customer support team where they repeatedly promised to resolve the issue, but nothing has happened. I have received neither the products nor a refund.
I am extremely disappointed with the lack of transparency and the failure to deliver. I would not recommend ordering from here until they improve their fulfillment and customer service processes. I am now forced to escalate this with my bank."

Garbage company - rubbish. Had 2 orders with them, first one I had to chase after a few weeks as I hadn't heard anything. Apparently my order was 'missed' from their picking system, suddenly by chasing them to actually deliver what I had paid for, did things actually start moving.

Second time I ordered some items which were showing as in-stock. After a few weeks, I followed up, apparently they weren't in-stock, but decided to only tell me after chasing them. Week after week went by, until I decided to ask for an update. They didn't provide an update on the order, just apologised as they had a fire alarm in their office. Another week goes by, and then I ask to cancel the order. No response. Only after then threatening to go to my bank, did things suddenly start moving and refund what was owed back to me.

Sorry but I shouldn't be expected to project manage them doing their jobs, when they've taken my money - and I shouldn't be lied to about status of stock items. If you don't have stock of something, be honest about it.

Really happy with the service received. We weren’t sure what would work best as needed a privacy screen. Team were really helpful and offered samples to try at postage cost. This saved us so much time and their knowledge is second to none.
Order arrived as promised in a timely manner. Really happy

I’m absolutely thrilled with my purchase from The Artificial Plant shop! The quality of the faux plants is outstanding — the foliage looks incredibly realistic, and the textures are superb. My large fiddle-leaf tree arrived well packaged and in perfect condition, no bent branches or broken pieces.

What impressed me most was the customer service: I had a question about which size would suit my living room, and their team responded within hours with recommendations and options

I bought the artificial Enkianthus tree and I am really pleased with it, it took me a while to open out the foliage to create a good shape but it was worth the time. I would recommend it as the foliage isn't too dense so it doesn't take over but adds some nice greenery in a dark corner.

Just received my artificial buxus balls for either side of our front door. I have spent a long time deciding on whether to invest in them and I am so pleased I have. They are incredibly realistic and the timber trunk adds to their realistic appearance! I did call the company to get some advice before purchasing and they were very patient and helpful!

Needed some artificial plants for my new balcony but wasn't sure what would be appropriate for outside. I emailed this company and got some good advice on options and how to make the planters heavy enough so they wouldnt blow over. Really happy with the service and result

Was looking for an artificial olive tree for my new home that didn't have such a 'fake' look.

I noticed these guys had a large selection so I gave them a call, and the team were brilliant in advising which one would be best suited for my space.

Delivery was swift and secure. Would recommend!

I had been having trouble sourcing some artificial grasses in Ireland where I am based but found the ones I wanted at Artificialplants.co.uk. Charlie took responsibility for organising the logistics and transportation and I am delighted with the product.

Cannot thank Charlie and all the team enough! As an Interior Designer it's not always easy to find stocked FR planting and with a last minute request on a quick turn around project, Charlie and the team really pulled it out of the bag! From first enquiry and stock info on Wednesday to delivery on Friday, the team have been fabulous. The plants look great and are really lovely and malleable, Charlie even gave extra advice on install. They're in situ now and really set off the space in the pub - can't wait to see the Client's reaction!

I ordered a hanging fern basket and am so pleased with it. It looks amazing by my front door.

Spent £50 on some plants 3 months ago and haven't received them and am being ignored. Launching a bank investigation.

Received no email to confirm order. Money has been deducted from card. Have phoned the company 4 times. They keep telling me the team are busy and will phone back. Still waiting on the call back.

I have not received my order. I called last week and was told they would call me back with an update. I haven’t heard back. I then emailed and haven’t had a reply.

Ordered on 15th May. Still waiting. No communication. Awful. Called but couldn’t speak to someone because “Charlie is off sick”. Amazing.

Avoid this company like the plague, I ordered some privacy panels and the website says shipping is within 10 days after 3 weeks nothing received, when I sent an email Charlie replied “ I will look into it for you and get right back to you, “ he never did, I then telephoned him the next day this time “ I will go to the warehouse, check and call you back in 10 min “ you’ve guessed it he never did. The product I ordered being advertised as in stock and 10 day delivery. It seems like when they have your money they don’t care. Communication skills are zero, customer care zero, I will get my money back one way or another.

AVOID!
Shocking service. No communication and after contacting them I was finally given a delivery date but goods never arrived, claiming I wasn’t home. Re delivery a week later and when again no show I was told they didn’t even have the stock. They clearly never had the item in stock to start with so to claim it was out for delivery was a complete lie. No apology and really didn’t seem to care!

Avoid. Not suitable for outdoor use, despite what the website says. We ordered 2 box bush bay trees, they lasted just over 12 months. They use real tree branches that have not been treated so fungus quickly grew on them and began to rot.

I contacted the company, they said they would send someone to have a look. That was 6 months ago. Several further emails and no response.

Avoid.

Lovely large artificial uv resistant bamboo trees.
They took a while to come in but they are lovely and provide effective screening for my back garden.
Staff at the APS, especially Katherine and Charlie are very helpful regarding progress of orders.
