I placed an order with Artificial Plants and Trees on 27th of September after their sister company Just artificial said they couldn't fulfil the order for a number weeks, and advised I order with Artificial Plants and Trees who could send the goods out straight away.

to cut a long story short they couldn't send the order straight away, so I can celled the order on 14th October.

I got no refund for the cancelled order, which I would have expected fairly quickly for a cancelled order as no good was sent and needed to be returned. My first email was ignored asking where my refund was. I finally got a refund 6th November after stating I would raise this as an issue with PayPal and my credit card company.

Poor service - I won't be purchasing again from either company. I would avoid them.

The color of the orchid I received was much pinker than the picture looks. The orchid is in a slightly different shaped vase than shown. They have a very complicated return policy where I need to call them back when I’m notified that they have received product. And the cost to return it was well over $100. I will not buy from this company again.

I am so pissed off to find out that Artificial Plants and Trees is just another website of Nearly Natural.
The photos on the website and what you actually get look nothing alike. What you get is cheap crap you can buy in a one dollar store.

Don't be misled by this website. The reviews are fake. If you write a negative review, they won't publish it.

I ordered what was described as a Preserved Bonsai plant measuring 12" x 12" and received a plant that was 19" x16" and the container was not even what had been shown online. The bonsai had been carefully packed with a heavy layer of foam sprayed in the bottom to ensure that the plant arrived safely. To remove it one has to cut down one side of the very large box and use a large knife to remove the product from the foam.
I could not use a plant this size so I contacted the firm. I was told that all bonsai plant sizes are approximate which I can understand, but the plant I received was not even close to what I expected. I was told that I could return it with their prepaid shipping label. However, I would have to purchase packing materials and return it in a "saleable condition" which would be almost impossible short of paying to have it professionally packed. The burden is on the consumer to return something that was a mistake on the part of the provider. I do NOT recommend that you purchase from this company.

Shipping time was a bit outrageous at apprx. 10 weeks when we were told 4 weeks, but could be overlooked if I had received a tree that looked as advertised. I was impressed with the packaging. It was very good for a 6ft. tall kage bonsai. But the tree itself looked nothing like the one advertised on the website. The kage bonsai that they advertise is full and lush with multiple stocks. The one I received was skinny, thin, and had a single stock.

Have placed several orders and have been thrilled with quality of every item I have received. My 4' spruce tree I ordered from AP&T survived the fury of Hurricane Irma here in Atlanta when many large tress did not.

Superb lifelike artificial plants and fast delivery. Highly recommended.
