Considering the work is unique and handmade the time between ordering and delivery of around a month was acceptable; and it came from Europe to the USA. The packaging to protect the painting in transit was superb. Overall, a great purchase and service.

Painting was creased where the back braces are. Hair and dirt stuck in the paint. Half painted okay, sloppy brush strokes in other areas. Was just not done well. Wouldn’t buy again.

Overall product was great. Packing, timeliness and immediate response back on questions, concerns, and other feedback.

The picture came out perfect. Great colors and designs, was received in a timely manor. Highly recommend Artinoor to purchase art.

EDIT: I purchased a piece on Jan 15, approved it on Feb 8, and as of Mar 3 - no painting, no shipping confirmation, no communication at all... between that and the reviews, it just made me uncomortable. When I asked for details on Mar 3, they said my UNFRAMED purchase had been SENT TO FRAMING.

I tried to cancel my order. It took four or five requests and apparent need to ask a supervisor for approval. This is crazy because their return policy graciously gives you 30 days to return, and they pay for return shipping. Why would anyone think that packing, shipping to another country, processing a return, coordinating the return with out-of-country shippers and paying for that return makes more sense than just canceling an order?

They were very polite though, and they eventually approved the cancelation

The "unique" customized piece was obviously never going to be as good as the online original, so we settled for the best we thought we could get. REALLY glad we canceled. It is a little shady that they regularly toute how unique and rare their art is, but you can find the EXACT piece at a minimum of six other sites.

The first draft, the background fish seriously looked like penguins and the whole piece was flat and rather unappealng. Draft two got our approval - moslty because we didn't thing they could do better, it was acceptable but not great and it had already been three 1/2 weeks since we ordered. We approved the 2nd draft, then never heard from them until we canceled as detailed above

They were very easy to work with, the picture at first was exactly like the picture on the website. However I had asked for more flower colors, not just yellow and pink. I got the same picture maybe with more yellow. I asked for more colors and they just smeared some white on the yellow. At that point I just took the painting. I would say go with their painting and don’t make changes and you’ll be happy.

Artinoor communicated the status of my artwork periodically and was willing to take my suggestions to make changes. The final artwork is perfect!

Painting arrived and was exactly as pictured on website. I could tell it was freshly painted by the smell. It quickly went away! It was a lengthy process but well worth the wait!

It took 6 weeks from order to delivery. Communication along the way was great. Packing and shipping was superb. Multiple photos along the way were key. I had comments about color and texture. Both were addressed but still not quite like the stock photos. Nonetheless got painting to close to the stock photos and satisfactory to me. Staff at Artinoor was extremely timely and polite with all the interaction.

It took multiple corrections for the painting to look like the one I purchased on the website. In the end I am happy with the result, which is what matters.
