I don't recall signing up for a $7 trial and never used the app. But a year later I noticed a $49 dollar monthly charge that I didn't recognize, and found they had charged nearly 600 dollars, without any monthly receipt confirmation going to my email, so I had no indication it was happening and that IS their strategy. He refused to refund my money (Andy Barker). Scam company! They used to be called Artssy AI and that company had the same scamming style.

My bank's credit card bureau agreed with me that it was a scam, but they could only refund the last 3 months of it as was their policy, so I got some money back from the bank fraud department, but nothing from Artiphoria. So if you get scammed like I did, at the very least report to your bank and maybe you can recover some of it.

This is a Nightmare app! I hardly managed to find a way to cancel my subscription, and yet it’s been two months I am being charged, 150$ each month. The responses on the email are ai generated and they just put you on a loop! The latest as of today I can’t even access my account! I will have to go to my back and try to find a way to remove my card from this app! Please save you nerves and money and stay away from this Scam!! All the positive reviews might be fake!

Do not engage with Artiphoria. I cancelled the 7-day trial before the deadline. There was no email confirmation or confirmation screen to screen capture - by design. They charged me for the next 3 months. I contacted them to request a refund, they said there was no record of me cancelling. I cancelled AGAIN - no way to confirm the cancellation. They continued to charge me for a total of ten months - $490. I contacted my bank to cancel future charges and refund the $490. I'm not sure of the outcome of the refund. It was a big mistake to engage with Artiphoria.ai. A disreputable company.

The generations are on point, although occasionally the image will generate just a white blank image. It's fairly quick too generate and I love thee trimmer options. They are great when you can't quite think off the specific style or medium. It's great so far.
