Artisanal Premium Cheese did not send me my full order, though they sent me an email saying the order was successfully delivered and I was billed for the full order. I called the phone number on their website but got voicemail, so I left a detailed message. I also sent a detailed email to the address given on their website to contact for customer service. I did not hear back from them after several days so I called again (5 calls in total) and emailed them again. Still no response after a week. I certainly will not use this company again as I can't trust them to fulfill their orders.

I'd give them a negative if I could. This is the THIRD (and last) time they have let me down.

A couple of years ago I placed an order and paid for 2nd day shipping......the cheese arrived days after it was supposed to and it had to be thrown out. Yes, they refunded me but that's not the point. I don't order high end cheese just to order it. I order it because I have a party scheduled.

So, fast forward to November 2024. I ordered over $100 worth of cheese for my birthday. To be safe I scheduled delivery the day before and paid for 2 day delivery. I never got my cheese. The company swore they shipped it but UPS never scanned it so, who knows? Janet, at the shop, apologized profusely, refunded my money and even sent me free cheese for Thanksgiving. Too bad I didn't get what I had originally ordered and I had no use for it.

Decided to give them another chance (since I had no idea if they just never shipped the original order or if some UPS worker had decided to keep it and Janet seemed so nice). Placed an order on 12/19 to be delivered 12/24 and paid for the delivery. 12/24 came and went. No cheese. Ruined Christmas party. Per UPS, as of 11:30 am today (12/26) my order STILL hasn't shipped even tho Artisanal Cheese claims it was shipped on the 23rd (they had the order on the 19th so plenty of time to 2nd day ship for delivery the 24th).

They have yet to acknowledge their screw up even tho I've emailed them twice.

I'm done. $180 order and it's still sitting there, a week later even tho it was requested to be delivered the 24th.

Great cheese but you can't count on them to ship when promised so no point in paying extra for a specific delivery.

Update: they shipped it at 6pm tonight (12/26) as if that's going to make up for ruining my Christmas party. Regardless, I've already filed a dispute with my bank and I'm not paying for $160 worth of cheese that is now arriving 3 days after the scheduled (and paid for) delivery date. I don't even know where the cheese has been sitting since the 23rd when it was supposed to have been shipped. Sitting on their loading dock?? No thanks.
